Jerry was awesome! He assisted with a repair even though I was not in the city to be present. He was professional and responsive. He offered to come out on a holiday weekend even though it was not necessary. He is upfront about pricing and parts and serviced the repair quickly!

I have long had a leaky outdoor hose bibb which made watering our flowers an increasingly annoying task. Not having any idea of what was involved in remedying, I texted Jerry, asking him to please come evaluate and fix.
