Jesse J.Plumber (D. Murphy) was concerned about my time frame and worked with me to coordinate a time for arrival and my availability. Once he arrived, he was polite, clean and knowledgeable. He identified the problem and snaked the obstruction that was in the main sewer line of the condo building. Prices were fair. Mary in the office was helpfull as well. I would use their service again.
Nicole W.BUYER BEWARE! This company claims that they give free quotes. When the plumber, Bill, came to my house today for an estimate, he used a sewer camera and then charged me $250 without warning us that he would charge us for this service ahead of time. When I called Mary to tell her about what happened, she claimed that she had warned me about this prior to the visit, and yelled at me when I said it would be nice if Bill had warned us for what services we were going to be charged for before he did it. Mary was absolutely rude. I will never call them again.
