I called and told Allen I was getting a error code 15 on tankless water heater.He came over did a quick temp fix and charged 250 for a flush total 370.00 . One day later no hot water he says call this Art guy so I did .Then thought about and cancelled when art was going to charge 250 just to come over. Well Art calls me after he received my text cancelling .The call comes as Honey Bees husband for hire .What !!!! So in conclusion if you need a flush and don't mind paying 370.00 then Allen is the guy

I have significant moisture issues under the house. I called Allen's to check it out. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. He checked the area thoroughly and determined that it wasn't plumbing. Very friendly and professional. The charge was very reasonable. I'll call them again if the need arises. And he didn't try to ""up-sell"" like a different company did in the past!

High prices, not high quality...

Spent over $600 with this guy - after six hours the drain line problem still wasn't fixed.

Found a different plumber that fixed it in an hour for $250...

Very bad experience...
