Allen provides perfect service, explains everything and cleans up after his work is finished. He's polite, friendly and doesn't know how to do a job less than perfectly.

The business number is disconnected today when I called on 27 December 2022, so I looked up another number for Allen but that mailbox is full, and apparently it's a landline so I can't send a text either. I knew when I got an error message about it.

So if they're not in business I wish they would take down this page so people know instead of getting a run around.

but I really hope to get a hold of this plumber if they're still in business because I keep looking for a plumber in Idaho Falls who is affordable, reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and competent, for some seemingly minor but ongoing issues which I'm hoping to help address so they won't get worse, at my mom's place.

I thought I'd found them somewhat accidentally with this listing, as well as other online reviews for them, and them being in business for 30 plus years is definitely comforting.

I still hope I have found that seemingly elusive plumber in Allen!

Regardless he sounds like a great person and I wish him and his family the best!

It was about 10 months ago that Allen came to our house to make some repairs and replaced our toilet. We were so pleased with his work and fair price, but I failed to submit a review on Yelp back then. Recently we had such a negative experience with different company that I realized how important it is to share when we have a positive experience with an honest hardworking individual or company. Allen's Plumbing is all that. He took the time to come to our house as soon as possible even though he had a full schedule and he made sure all the repairs were done right. When he gave us the quote, I was actually shocked at how little he was asking. Allen is definitely someone you can trust to give you a fair price and 10 months later, everything he repaired is still working great!

Allen's is my favorite plumber in town! He's been in business a long time and is reliable, trustworthy, prompt and a nice guy. And he will call you back! He has done repair work for several of my clients and they have been pleased, as have I. Call him for your homeowner repairs, upgrades, and remodel work - and tell him I sent you!
