I woke up at 2 AM on Friday nightto the sound of water running downstairs. The hot water heater blew and was spewing water everywhere.
I got it shut off, and started looking online for local good plumber. I found Allen, so I called at 2:45 AM just to leave a message. I was shocked that he called me back at 3 AM!
He fit me in the next day, and installed a new water heater by 1 PM Saturday.
As long as he stays in business, I will never call anyone else. He really saved me.

I recently contacted Allen to repair a leaky tub faucet. He was quick to respond to my message and came out on the day I was free and was able to make the repair in that same visit. When I asked if I needed to purchase all new fixtures he said he would be able to repair it. Allen immediately recognized the brand and knew what was wrong and how to fix it for a reasonable price. I would definitely have no hesitation to call him should I have the need in the future.

Bought a new home- within the first week we got a surprise: a broken sewer line! Had some of the bigger names come out and give estimates - then found Allen's! Bottom Line - if you want it done right and at a reasonable price, call Allen's Plumbing first. Great communication and a job well done.

This company isn't even worth a rating. We called this company on a Thursday, said they'd be there the following Wednesday. Wednesday comes along, we get a call at 8:30 in the morning saying he doesn't have the man power for what we need done. Wishes us good luck with the project!!! What business waits till the day to do the job and calls to tell you he won't be there?? If you didn't want the job, why didn't you call sooner?? We've had plumbing problems, now have to wait another week for another plumber!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!
