The Service provided by Allens Plumbing was incredible. My service technician was Kamaka. He was intelligent, professional, and very knowledgeable. A water pipe burst on my property and he evaluated what needed to be done and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and why. He also made suggestions and educated me on how to shut off the water to prevent damage. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge. I would definately use Allens Plumbing again.....Kamaka's attention to service was outstanding.

Good job, expensive but reasonably priced for Maui. I was impressed with Preston's way of explaining what he was doing and why, what we were seeing on the video inspection, etc. I was a little disappointed by the incomplete clean-up [I believe the helper was detailed to do it, but left some duct tape and some dirt where my wife found it in her sink] but otherwise I'm very satisfied, and I would recommend and use this firm again.

I knew that I wanted to replace the toilet and then decided to have them change the fixture on the outside water thing because it was leaking. Called in the morning and was given an appointment for later in the day, but because of a cancellation I was seen within two hours. Justin came to the house and after a brief rundown on the situation and a couple possible plans to correct my issues, he left to go get the new toilet. Within the hour Justin was back and quickly removed the old toilet and replaced it with a brand new one that was exactly what I wanted. Afterword, he fixed the connection for my outdoor hose issue so no more dripping. Overall, I would say that Justin was very neat, organized, friendly, and listened to what I wanted. Therefore, he delivered just what I asked for and left nothing behind for me to worry about. Perfect!

Although they couldn't get to my house right away they made sure that they continued to keep me notified that they were still coming out. Kainani was very helpful and Daniel was very professional and personable. I have used Allen's quite a few times now and have never been disappointed.

Royal rip off artists. My guess is the good reviews are fake. I can thing of at least ten people I know who have been swindled by these guys. Call anyone but Allen's Plumbing. You'll pay half the price for a better job.

I was pretty disappointed with the charges that I received from Allen's Plumbing. I called them because I had a guest in a vacation rental and we had to shut off the water because the washing machine shutoff valves weren't working and had to be replaced. I called early in the morning and the dispatcher said that a technician would be there just after lunch. Well the plumber didn't show up until after 4:00 and estimated the cost to be $200 to replace the valves and $200 to replace the supply hoses. Wow, pretty steep for a fairly simple repair but I was stuck - no water for my guest over night because it's too late to get another plumber or go ahead and get screwed on the price. I didn't want to inconvenience my guest so I told him to proceed. I hadn't heard back from the plumber by 5:30 so I called his cell to see if the job was complete. ""Oh yeah, I was done by 4:30"". Hmmm? So I get the bill and it is $596!!!! $218 to replace the valves, $243 to replace the hoses, really? to unscrew two hoses and replace them?, and THEN $250 to slide the washer out and slide back in after the job was done! $250!!!!!! to move the washer three feet!!!!! I probably could have had this done by a handyman for $200 including parts. $596 for a thirty minute repair???!!! Won't be calling Allen's again.

Plus - nice people, available quickly, good work Minus - don't get sucked into their $50 estimate that you get applied to your work if you go with them. -- I would have paid almost $1,000 more going with them. Their estimate was over 25% higher than another company so I ended up paying $50 really for nothing (as far as I was concerned) and going with another company. I would have gone with them because they've done good work for me before, but the price was SO MUCH HIGHER!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!gave these guys a raving review for replacing my water heater. Turns out they don't take ownership in their work. The water heater they replaced ( I bought from them) broke down due to faulty ventilation. The same ventilation that they installed it with. They then try to charge me almost 4K to fix the situation. I replaced it for $800 with electrical upgrade and now no issues. You guys need to support those who support you. Buyer beware!
