called to make an appointment. next appointment next weekend. charge to come out, but reimbursed if service done. knew exactly what needed to be done due to an inspection. asked for an approximate price - Allen's plumbing couldn't give even a ball park. plus there would still be a charge for reviewing the issue. (even if I told them what needed to be done) There seems to be a charge for everything and nothing to really help. be careful when using this company

Called this morning with an urgent need to snake our kitchen drain pipe, was assured that some one would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes to arrange the time they would arrive. No one ever called. Really bad service. Fortunetly, after a few hours of waiting I called a competitor who responded immediately. I will never use Allens Plumbing again.

Called Allen's plumbing for some pipe work. Office people were great and very helpful. Serviceman, Devin, was very professional and service was great. Made us feel comfortable and very easy to talk to. Will definitely be calling Allen's again.

Kitchen sink has been draining progressively slower. After multiple self remedy treatments such as baking soda and vinegar, hot water from the faucet and boiling water from the electric tea kettle, decided to leave it to the professions. ALLENS PLUMBING my go to reliable professionals, who I have used consistently in the past and they have never let me down. My go to plumber at Allens plumbing is Bennett Peters, called for service on Sunday and requested Bennett, lucky he could come out on his second appointment Monday, can't beat that! Bennett Peters showed up at 11 am, after his initial appointment. Bennett took care of my immediate needs, clogged p trap and pipe, I then asked what else could be done as preventative maintenance, I trust Bennett's professional opinion as he always tells it straight, what I might need and what I don't need. Bennett took care of the Basket Strainer and Flanged Tailpiece. As I always go to Bennett Peters and Allen's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs I signed up for their Ohana Membership program, for a fee, but it will save my monies on the next call out. Mahalo and Aloha for the best service in town!

Needed a toilet wax ring replaced. Was able to make a same-day appointment. Communication was excellent so I knew when to expect them to arrive. The work was performed in a very professional and clean manner. I thought the price was a bit high but can't argue with the responsiveness and quality of the work.

To make a long story short, we called Allen's Plumbing to replace floats in our septic system. When the technician started, he said he would have to first do a diagnostic check and that would cost $423.00. After his diagnostic check was done, he told me that the issue was with the control panel and I needed an electrician. I finally found a contractor to check my control panel, and the electrician said there was nothing wrong with the panel and that the problem was with the floats ( like I told Allen's Plumbing) so we got someone to replace the floats and now the system runs perfectly! So Allen's Plumbing charged me $423 for giving me a totally wrong diagnosis and I had to pay an electrician for nothing! We tried several times to talk to a manager about a refund but they refuse to call us back. If Allen's plumbing had any pride in their company, they would never treat customers that way! It's a shame because we used Allens Plumbing in the past and had good service. I now feel that Allens Plumbing cannot be trusted to be fair to their customers!

Cleared the toilet clog, but two days later the shower's stopped up. Probably the same clog moved down the line. Really nice guys, but horrible policy. NO WARRANTY, so the ""new"" problem would be treated like a brand new clog. and charged all over again.

Don't believe Allen's commercial on TV. He doesn't care about his customers and won't fix the problems caused by his employees. He won't return phone calls or messages to his customers.

I had a sewer line problem and needed my entire line replaced due to ground settlement. Steven's plumbing came out on an emergency basis and snaked the line, which didnt solve the problem. When the problem was found, Steven's Plumbing gave and estimate of $11,000.00. WOW. I contacted Allen's plumbing, and JP came out got the line unclogged but did confirm that the line needed replacing. He gave a estimate of $7900.00. Far better than the Steven's plumbing. We replaced the line and are so happy with the work done. JP and Jonah were the best. Super friendly and expertly did the work. I can't say enough about these two technicians. They are A+. If ever I need future plumbing work, Allen's Plumbing is the top of my list. JP was awesome!!!
