I've used Allen's twice to replace the leaking wax ring on my toilets. The intake was courteous and they arrived on the same day and time frame as promised. The workmanship was good and there are no problems. The first repair was about a year ago and it's still holding. The charges were fair. Comment: there are very negative and frustrating reviews on Yelp, which are understandable and can be due to the ""luck of the draw."" Somedays are more hectic than others and delays occur. It's happened to me with other trades and services. With this type of repair, you have to be patient. I guess, I've been lucky. If Allen's is on schedule, they are fine.

Needed a new water heater for our home. Decided to call Allen's Plumbing and I do not regret it one bit. The best service EVER. Daniel Kapoi did an extremely great job all around. From when he first came to our property he was professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and hard working. It was a plus for us that he was easy to talk to because, as a female I asked him all kinds of questions and he gave answers that I could understand and explained everything very well. I appreciate that. When he completed the job he went over everything again and showed us what he had done. It was really impressive. The set up looked amazing. He also cleaned up the area and left everything neat and tidy. We definitely are using Allen's Plumbing again for our future plumbing needs. Thank you again Daniel! Overall great experience!!

Called to have service done because all showers and toilets were being backed up by water and would not drain. Agents were really friendly on the phone. Was able to dispatch someone to the house a couple hours after I called (Thank God!) And our plumber, JD, did everything he could to fix the issue !! We are so happy with his service. We definitely recommend them and will call them again if there's ever another plumbing issue.

Completely dissatisfied with the customer service and dispatch. I called to double-confirm my appointment time 30 minutes after the 2:00pm appointment time. I was told the plumber was still on an earlier appointment, and they would call me when they were on their way. Ok.... Almost 2.5 hours past the 2:00pm appointment time (4:15pm), I'm still waiting and now wondering if the plumber will even have time for my appointment. I called their customer service again. I was greet by a gentlemen who placed all the blame on the dispatch for not notifying me that the plumber was STILL on the earlier appointment. And this guy had the nerve to offer me emergency service for an EXTRA charge, because it was now after 4:00pm. I abruptly declined, instructed him to cancel my service request, and that I'd take my business elsewhere. I tried to be patient, but the no-call about not making it today, and the nerve to offer me emergency service for EXTRA charge was too much. My advice. Stay away from this plumbing service. They don't care about your time or satisfaction. take your business elsewhere.

I Highly recommend using Allen's Plumbing. They responded quickly to my yelp msg. A clerk called and set up an appointment for the next day. Technician, Paul, came out of his van wearing a face mask (truly appreciated overall health concern). I walked him to the kitchen. I explained to him what was happening. He had great understanding through his professional experience and knew exactly what to do. He walked me through a small process and In a matter of minutes. He resolved my garbage disposal issue. Allen's Plumbing...call them today for all your plumbing needs!

Rarely do I give one star ratings but this was frustrating. Can I give a one star for no service? Let's see. Called Allen's for minor plumbing (the hose was stuck onto the washer spigot and after trying all YouTube suggestions and DIY remedies - the hose was stuck and water was already leaking probably from our attempts to untwist the hose attachment. ""Let's just call a plumber, they may just need to replace the spigot without further damage,"" hubby said. Made the call and unfortunately could not accommodate an immediate appointment (a day later) only to find out on the day of the appointment that ""the plumber's running behind and we need to reschedule to the next day."" A day is not gonna kill me so we agreed. Only to wait all morning for a 12 noon appointment then to be called 30 minutes prior to reschedule AGAIN because their technician ""may not be familiar with that job."" (Insert wtf face) I guess we won't be calling them again. Zero service and 1 star customer service.

Very professional, very positive service! I am very impressed with Allens Plumbing. I was given updates as to the time of arrival. The technicians were on time and got to work right away. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I would rehire them in a heartbeat!

Very expensive parts. Found exact same part online averaging $150, Allen's Plumbing's price was $400. Tried to speak to a manager, and even wrote a letter asking for explanation, but never got a response or called back. Posted complain with BBB.

Very professional and diligent with covid precautions. We were told that the consultation was waived but I must have misunderstood. The technician Chris was nice, professional and gave us advice regarding the bathroom drain stopper issue. We then had him look at our toilet since it sounded like it was running and he explained we should replace the valve kit. His total estimate was over $300 in which the parts is less than $100 so we decided to try and do it ourselves. Long story short we had no work done but was charged a ""diagnostic trip charge"" of $149.74. We were shocked & disappointed at the high cost of advice.
