I had This plumber do some drain pipe and toilet flange replacements on my home. Before the replacements both toilets worked fine. After the replacements of flanges both toilets leaked. Toilet install is Basic plumbing 101. They did not test their work when finished. Allen was very polite and on budget, but the repairs were not done right so I guess that's all all that matters.
