Any other business will do better than this one.
This by far the worst company I've ever worked with. We had them install a heat pump ($25,000)
The first day they installed the wrong one, next day they installed the correct one but installed it wrong so water was running back into the system. They installed the humidifier with no controls, so it was running full tilt with no ability stop it.
The manager would NEVER get back to us dispite multiple calls and texts, at least 6 of each.
They never scheduled an inspector to come out, can't imagine why...
It took them 4 months to fix the humidifier and we still have to hear what the inspector says about the work.
We recently found out that the heat pump installers were plumbers and were fired after our install.
Any other business could do better than these clowns.

Total rip-off, EXTREMELY OVER PRICED, service was average on a simple 20 minute repair. An east coast hedge fund bought all of the Denver plumbing companies we have used, Allen Service really gouged us on our first service call to them. Their plumbers are sitting at home waiting for a call, leave them sit; I found Craigslist has numerous independent plumbers.

I highly recommend Allen Service. The heat went out in the home of an elderly friend (96 years old). Within two hours of my call on a Saturday afternoon, Mark Hatfield was at the home and diagnosed the problem. He promptly reported the issues, and he followed up with a detailed report with a plethora of pictures. The furnace needed replacement. The family obtained three estimates, including one from Allen Services, which proved to be the lowest. Every person with whom I spoke or who came to the house was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend.
