Lamont switched out my 24 year old water heater that was on borrowed time and had not one single
Item that was up to code. He was knowledgeable, responsive, clean, efficient, articulate, and respectful. The price was reasonable and below the competitors quote. He's a long time local- I think his dad started the biz- invested in the community and his family. My house is about 70 years old, and contractors audibly groan on cue when they step inside. Lamont just said ""show me the dungeon "" and headed right down to survey the challenge. I'm happy to have an up to code, safe water heater without trauma and drama. Thanks Lamont! I'll be calling you again.

I called Allen twice and never received a return call so I left a negative review. In all fairness Lamont Allen left a voice mail 2 days later telling me to check my voice mail. I think this was simply a case of them calling the wrong number originally because I only received the one message from him. I would probably try them again because of the call back.

Allen Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning was amazing!! I called with a garbage disposal issue, and the serviceman was able to come out within the same day; in a matter of a couple hours actually! The service technician was friendly and very knowledgable. The quality of work was clean and satisfactory. He not only fixed my garbage disposal problem, he fixed the mess of pipes under the sink as well. I will definitely be referring Allen Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that would need their services.

I hired Lamont in late 2017 to handle several plumbing projects for me - remove and replace a toilet, fix a long suffering outdoor faucet and a shower valve.
