Allen Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning was amazing!! I called with a garbage disposal issue, and the serviceman was able to come out within the same day; in a matter of a couple hours actually! The service technician was friendly and very knowledgable. The quality of work was clean and satisfactory. He not only fixed my garbage disposal problem, he fixed the mess of pipes under the sink as well. I will definitely be referring Allen Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that would need their services.

I hired Lamont in late 2017 to handle several plumbing projects for me - remove and replace a toilet, fix a long suffering outdoor faucet and a shower valve. He arrived on time in a well organized van and ready to go. He bills by the hour and wasted no time. I was happy with Lamont and his work. He can be busy, so be patient; your patience will be rewarded. I have other projects ahead and I'll have Lamont do them too. Thanks Lamont

Had a couple of minor issues with our toilets, and a leaky kitchen sink. Lamont was very responsive, keeping me up to date with texts, since he had to order parts. Price was reasonable as well.

Lamont always followed up, and was very professional and personable. Hate to see reviews saying he was not responsive.

Does not return our phone calls! We made four phone calls between November 10th and December 1st of 2017 ... two to his business number and two to his cell number ( Lamont had given us his cell number in 2016 when he had done work for us) ... so we gave up. When we first called, we were asked by the receptionist at his business number, to describe the problem. We explained about a very loose kitchen sink faucet that needed to be tightened and that it had been installed by Lamont about 1 1/2 years earlier. She stated that he would call us regarding when he could come out. We never heard. Sad and just cannot understand why ... so unprofessional. And we knew him well, as he and Javier had done a major job for us in late 2012 with repiping all water lines in our home along with a new hot water heater and a recirculating pump. That was an excellent job. We hired him again in 2016 for work regarding the plumbing for a heavy remodel in our kitchen and bathrooms. Good work, but now with a loose kitchen faucet that he installed, one would think he would call us back, come out and fix it. We would even have paid him for his time ... not a big deal for us. Very disappointed.

I returned from vacation to find my heater wasn't workng. I left a message with the service to have him call the next day. He called and we agreed on 8:30 appointment time. He was on time, very professional and had my heat back on right away. His price was very reasonable. I will definitely call Allen Plumbing and Heating for any jobs in the future.

Sad to say this, but I called twice (one week apart) and never got a response on either request to the answering service. I can understand missing a message once, but not twice. I am left thinking that they just didn't want to do the job I needed done. I would have preferred that to just radio silence....

Such high ratings here and I would have probably continued the trend....

Allen Lamont owner of Allen Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning is one of the finest professionals in the business. I did not know him prior to this week after my central air conditioning broke down. I researched the different air conditioning products in the market, as well as, the local contractors. He offered me a name brand replacement with a price close to Lowes and Home Depot. Where as the other contractors were much higher. His team came in and installed everything within 48 hours. Through no fault of his, an expensive thermostat failed about the same time. He worked with the manufacture to get it replaced for free after spending hours of his own weekend. It was quite clear to me I had found a vendor who effective, efficient, honourable, and extremely trustworthy.
