The work was just done today and Chris was here on time and ready to go and TJ was right behind him.
I'm certain that it's going to last so I can go ahead and write this review.
I am beyond thrilled with how fast they responded the same day I called and needed an estimate they got somebody out here to give me one a free estimate to boot! let me tell you I haven't had any sleep or very little food I was a nervous wreck! crying and feeling sorry for myself when I was told that my two-way clean out pipe repair was going to cost me thousands of dollars we're talking like $5000!
Their estimate was a lot lower than that, and the final cost was remarkable! Chris and TJ..sigh.. let me just say that in my book they are Gods sent to me by the heavens! I cried in disbelief when they gave me the good news that nobody else had given me, Mr. plumber, Mr. quick Roto-Rooter, and ARS.
TJ and Chris hand dug and they worked quickly and efficiently..oh yeah they've done this before and it was obvious. TJ and Chris were calm and collected even though I was a nervous wreck they were respectful, upfront, personable, kind, caring human beings, and isn't that what we need when we're looking for someone to do work for us?
They are the masters of this craft they are skilled surgeons of the plumbing world! and I'm so thankful.
They are a miracle workers the gurus of plumbing. I won't use anybody else for any of my plumbing needs.
Allen Home services has won me over and they have earned a five star review and they deserve any business I may have going forward. Thank you Chris and Tj

I have nothing but great things to say about my water softener installation. The team was very friendly and professional from making the appointment to the actual install (Josh and Brandon)!

The folks at Allen Home Svcs stood behind their cost estimate even though they thought they might lose money on it. They came back and did an additional check at my request. The only reason it's not five stars is that my geothermal guy indicated the hook up from the water heater to my geothermal could have been done more efficiently.

The technician was very polite and thorough. He arrived in the timeline the company quoted. The work I had done was reasonably priced.

Came out to look at my furnace, paid a service call charge. They ended up replacing one piece of pipe to the furnace for 200.00! Then were to make a new filter placement and I would receive an email the next day about that...nothing. Called after the weekend and was told the person would call me that afternoon...nothing. I was to have an electrician come out also but cancelled. Very unprofessional to not follow through! Will not recommend to others.
