Highly recommend Allen & Sons Plumbing and Heating! Caleb Allen and Alex were both very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and fixed our toilet very quickly! They also gave us recommendations on how to prevent leaks going forward. We'll definitely be using their services again!

Allen & Sons were a great help in working through and determining the source of a leak for our upstairs shower. Their service people were friendly and respectful. Scheduling was simple and informative with clear communication on timing and when they would be there.

They were able to come up with a solution for the leak and did a thorough check of the plumbing to be sure there were no other possible leak sources. Although the leak was not plumbing related (Leak was determined to be coming between the wall and shower pan) they were very helpful to confirm that is was not plumbing related.

I would use them again and although you never hope to need a plumber, I am glad to know this team can be there to help when the times comes that I do.

Allen & Sons Plumbing and Heating just took great care of us. We moved into our house a couple of weeks ago and couldn't consistently get hot water. I called up and they sent someone the same day. Clayton took a look and thought it was an airflow issue so he recommended we leave the door ajar to the hot water heater and see if that helped the problem. No charge for the free advice. We gave it several days more and were still having the same issue. I called up late Thursday and they sent Marcus over in the morning. It took him a bit to figure out our configuration but he did. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Allen & Sons will definitely be our go to company for our plumbing and heating needs.
