I had a sprinkler leaking. The serviceman came and fixed the pipe. He went in the back to ""check"" the sprinkler system there. After he left I noticed that only one section of the back yard was on and it never shut off. Additionally the back part of the yard wouldn't come on. He came back and looked at it and said ""that's a completely different problem and you need a sprinkler head. ($199) I called my regular landscaper who looked at it and said something had been turned off. I'm a single senior and I felt that they thought they had me. NOT

This is a great company to do business with. Manager, David, is very nice and very prompt. His pricing is very fair. Justin, Installer, definitely knew what he was doing as far the install. I wish the clean up could have been a little better but I am glad I chose this company and I would definitely recommend them.

Thomas came out and gave me a quote on a Saturday (yes!) and came back to do the job today. We had new landscape put in and needed new drip lines, replaced old and leaky hose lines, new values and an updated and easy to use timing device! I am so pleased with the work that Thomas did! I was in the market for installing misters around my patio. After talking to several companies I opted to go with Allegiance Water Services and was not disappointed. They installed the system using my soft water system and housed the motor in the garage. Mike the Project Manager and Jake the technician were a pleasure to work with. The overall system was very competitively priced. I'll use them for my other water needs that arise in the future.

I went out to the garage one morning and found that our water softener had stopped working. Water was all over the floor and the unit itself was filled with water. Naturally I go to Yelp to find someone who could help and found Allegiance Water Solutions. I spoke with Dave, who was very knowledgeable and said he would see if he could get someone out right away. After about 15 minutes he called me back and said someone would be here the same day. Between Eloy and Jake, both very knowledgeable and professional, they had our water back on and working before dinner. I will definitely recommend them to our friends.

David is an honest person!!! I asked him if he could provide a product and he told me who to get the product from and explained to me how to save money!! This business reminds me of a business from a small town where the employees are good and honest people and not try to take advantage of you. Allegiance Water Services installed a water softener and RO system in our home and we could not be happier with our experience and/or end product! Eloy was our technician and he was wonderful -- very knowledgeable, skilled, meticulous, professional, and he answered every question we had then some. The service he provided speaks volumes of the company he represents. Allegiance Water Services was direct, to the point, and efficient from quote to completion and we will definitely use them again in the future! 11/10 would recommend to anyone in need of the services they provide!

Poor quality work on the sprinkler system
I had issues with water not reaching everywhere in the lawn, they came and checked and said valve had to be changed , they changed 5 valves and water flow was even worse... they came and said I had too many water heads ... took few off ... no change ... If you can't diagnose a problem , try not to fix it.

Without any reservation and hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. I had to install a water heater instead of a leaking one. Another company, Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers, just ate up my $95 for coming out and they quoted me $1500 with the very average heater. I got to HomeDepot and they sold me the heater, 13 years warranty, for $609 and quoted me Delta Electrical to install it for $450. Delta then slammed me with $800+ estimate. C'mon, I am a PhD in Physics and I charge $150/hr. I have to work all day for that. Changing water heater is 2 hour job, tops. So... The Allegiance stepped in. They had a good (expected) estimate of $450 and they delivered like a nail in the head. Excellent. Now I have excellent heater, installed well, at an honest price of under $1100.
They have very good organization, quality control, follow up call. Excellent. The tech was awesome and no surprises at all. Sweet. This what business SHOULD be.

Allegience Water was hired by me to install drip irrigation in my front- and back yards. The whole experience was not pleasant. Looks like the installers just did not care. The drip lines were cut very short so one can't relocate them as needed. One of the distributer boxes was installed right on a path, about 1"" above the surface, causing safety issue. I immediately asked to redo - the answer was ""no"". There was some arm twisting to make me to sign that I was ""completely satisfied"", because I clearly was not. I called 1 year later, because I kept stumbling on this box that sticks out - David told me they are going to charge me to redo (even if there is 5 years warranty).
Also, a large beautiful orchid tree in front yard had died, probably because they cut some essential roots while putting new irrigation lines. Had to pay to remove it. On a top of all of that, left lots of old tubing behind that I had to clean.
