Thank you so much the the Allegiance team and especially Eloy whom has practically become a member of the family in the past month. The dogs don't even bark anymore when he arrives.

We recently purchased our home in beautiful Scottsdale. Any new homeowner will tell you, there are always projects, upgrades, etc. that are not only desired to be accomplished, but some that are absolutely necessary.

Finding Allegiance was such a relief!!

Eloy was extremely patient, worked on every project we wanted completed and not once ever complained for even a second when projects were not exactly what were expected from the beginning. That's how home projects go - things change and sometimes things you think will be a quick fix, are not. Not only that, but before he even completed one project, we were already pulling him over to another and asking if he could help us.

Eloy was honest, explained things as he went along, and didn't try and nickel and dime us for every little thing. Here are a list of services he's provided us so far... we are pretty set now, but make no mistake, we will recommend this team to everyone we know. Look no further... these guys are the best.

1. Two toilets removed and new ones installed with bidets.
2. Shower head and faucets updated/replaced.
3. Installation of a reverse osmosis water system and faucet in the kitchen sink with a line ran through the cabinets to the fridge/freezer.
4. New soft water system installed and an added pump to the hot water heater.
5. All new piping and irrigation water drip system updated in front and back yards. This was one of the more impressive projects Eloy worked on for us as when he started digging, there were broken pipes discovered and had to be replaced. He did it without even a slight annoyance.
6. When we found that we were going through a lot of salt, he helped us discover that our pool's water line was connected to the system. Not only that, but discovered our water floater was leaking and old. We have our pool guys coming to fix it next week (they somehow didn't know it was leaking but Eloy did!)

I think I hit most everything that Eloy did for us in the past month. We'll miss him being around the house! Thanks again for everything and like I said, we will recommend you to everyone we know.

Allegiance responded to our request quickly and came in at a lower price than the other vendors. Joshua was great to chat with--he was very knowledgeable. The appointment was set up that day for the next afternoon.

The installer was on time and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Finally a business that does what they say. Called this morning for a faucet install they gave me price over phone and actually showed up and did it. Forget those places that want to charge a service call then quote you when they get there. I was giving up hope that there was actually a decent plumbing service out here. Also at the right price point. Had a company quote me 400.00 to install a 70.00 dollar faucet. Really?

I needed two toilets replaced and I hired Allegiance Water Services because they had great reviews, and rightfully so. I messaged the company for a quote through yelp and they responded within 20 minutes and were completely transparent with the services they can provide and the cost, and also the toilet options the best suited my needs. Also, they were available to replace the toilets within a few day! I would totally recommend Allegiance for pluming services. Jeff Cook performed the install and was courteous and professional!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Jeff Cook came out and was wonderful. He tackled a project that was more difficult than it should have been (due to no fault of his) and was such an absolute pleasure. He made us feel that he truly cared, and honored the price quoted the day before despite the project requiring more effort than expected. Naturally, I'd expected that they'd keep the pricing the same as promised, but nonetheless, he did so with such a wonderful, positive attitude. We shared some great conversation while he was here too, while it never detracted from the project at hand. Jeff was professional, and wore a mask and booties his entire time here. Plus, my cat seemed to love him so he must be a great guy. Thanks Allegiance and Jeff! You guys were great!!!

I had a sprinkler leaking. The serviceman came and fixed the pipe. He went in the back to ""check"" the sprinkler system there. After he left I noticed that only one section of the back yard was on and it never shut off. Additionally the back part of the yard wouldn't come on. He came back and looked at it and said ""that's a completely different problem and you need a sprinkler head. ($199) I called my regular landscaper who looked at it and said something had been turned off. I'm a single senior and I felt that they thought they had me. NOT

This is a great company to do business with. Manager, David, is very nice and very prompt. His pricing is very fair. Justin, Installer, definitely knew what he was doing as far the install. I wish the clean up could have been a little better but I am glad I chose this company and I would definitely recommend them.

Thomas came out and gave me a quote on a Saturday (yes!) and came back to do the job today. We had new landscape put in and needed new drip lines, replaced old and leaky hose lines, new values and an updated and easy to use timing device! I am so pleased with the work that Thomas did! I was in the market for installing misters around my patio. After talking to several companies I opted to go with Allegiance Water Services and was not disappointed. They installed the system using my soft water system and housed the motor in the garage. Mike the Project Manager and Jake the technician were a pleasure to work with. The overall system was very competitively priced. I'll use them for my other water needs that arise in the future.
