Called last minute about a leak under a clients sink and faucet on the fritz. The co. Had Ruben at the house within 40 minutes and problem was diagnosed quickly. Also had him look at a hot water heater that wasn't functioning well. Again... super quick diagnosis and he thoroughly discussed the option available to address the problem.
We will definitely use again!

Great company! Highly recommend & will use again. They were super responsive (less than 30 min) to a quote request for irrigation system repair. They came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem & gave a very reasonable quote. Paul the project manager also gave a very thorough explanation of the situation, what caused it, and the proposed solution. Paul came back out to fix the problem & did a great job. Overall great experience!!

Why should you hire Allegiance? Quality. Dependability. Customer service. Experience. Dedication. Hard work. This company takes quality experience and service to the next level. I haven't worked with many home service companies who do such a good job like this. From the moment we got the quote, until the minute the job was done, they were reliable and they provided the service we requested.

First they came out to inspect the issue.

Once they figured out what was wrong, they provided a verbal quote and followed up with a digital quote. I was able to accept the quote digitally and put a deposit down to begin the work.

Since our system needed to be replaced, it was quite a process and luckily they had it all under control. They contacted the city and cox communications to flag their underground items so that they knew where to avoid. Then Lawson came out and literally spent an entire day replacing the system. The customer service was above and beyond.

Yes there are a million plumbers and irrigation companies out there, but there aren't as many reputable, trustworthy, licensed and qualified ones like Allegience.

Turned a bad situation into a great experience!

I was changing out a shower faucet stem in my guest bath, and in my exuberance of a a successful job, I quickly turned the main water supply to the house back on. Well.... apparently its VERY important that you turn that back on SLOWLY. The sudden rush of pressure caused a weakened part in my pressure vacuum breaker to burst on the outside of my house. Thankfully I was able to turn the water off to my irrigation so I could at least have water in the house while I figured out what I needed to do.

I went to Yelp and found Allegiance and I am glad that I did. Everything was top notch.

It was after-hours and I requested a quote through Yelp. Dave from Allegiance quickly replied and and started ascertaining what needed to be done. He answered all my questions and was able to give me a fair quote for the job. Yes, I did receive some quotes that were a bit cheaper, but I really got the impression this was going to be a ""You get what you pay for situation"". I'm glad I listened to my gut because the job couldn't have been better!

The very next morning I explained to Dave that time was not going to be on my side and I needed the job done sooner rather than later. I gave him a couple potential dates, and while those dates did not work for their schedule, he said he could have someone out there in about 20 minutes if that worked for me. He wasn't lying :)

20 minutes later the tech arrived right on time. I showed Ruben where everything was and he got right to work. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job. He cleaned up after himself and left the place looking better than when he arrived.

I couldn't be more happy with the entire process. Both Dave and Ruben made sure everything was done right!

Quite frankly, it seems like customer service has really gone downhill everywhere since Covid. It's refreshing to see that a company like Allegiance Water Services has not lost that high level of customer service. One of the better business we have here in the Valley and I know who I will be calling the next time I have any plumbing issues.

PS I also know that I wont be turning the main water supply on so quickly next time either :)

Allegiance continues to be the best! I have used them for several years and not only are they quick to respond, but they are honest and reasonably priced. It's never fun to need water repairs, but when I call them I know I'm going to get great work done at a fair price. Lawson got us set up with a new water heater and he was friendly, professional and took time to answer my questions. David, the dispatcher is always a pleasure to talk to and gets you help as quickly as possible. I recommend this company 100%

Great experience with these guys. My sales point of contact Paul was very knowledgable, responsive, and responsible. They did thorough work, cleaned up all the area they affected, and did a beautiful looking install of my irrigation. They use all high quality parts and durable pipes that I feel confident will last a while. Paul showed me how to set up the wifi for the controller and walked me through watering strategies and maintenance. Their prices were also either at or lower than other quotes I had gotten but I feel they used better materials than others would have used. Highly recommend them for irrigation installs or maintenance.

What a find, a plumber that also does irrigation work. I had a zone of sprinklers that was not fully shutting off and creating big puddles in my grass. My usual plumber said they couldn't help because it was a landscape issue, not a plumbing issue. I did a quick search on yelp and saw all the 5 star reviews. John Gonzales came out the following day and quickly diagnosed it was a bad irrigation solenoid. He swapped out in about 30 minutes and charged a very reasonable cost. Would definitely use for future plumbing or landscape needs.
