Shady owner, didn't give any kind of itemized receipt or even give the correct name or model number of item replaced, said it had a warranty but wouldn't disclose or provide the user guide or model number of item we paid for, we have no recourse. There's no further discussion on his part. took the cash and ran. We are just upwards of $5000. The replacement is worse than the initial problem we had. After all the mansplaining, truthfully, I don't trust him and don't want him near our home again!
