Danny did a great job showing up on time and performing maintenance as required. There were no surprise charges or shady business. Got a call before the technician came, and work was clearly outlined in the invoice I recieved. I will be calling again when I next need a service of my AC/Heater.

Same company as Allbritten. No idea why they have two names. So here's two bad reviews. My AC stopped working completely. It's almost 100 in my house and I had to make arrangements for my young kids and pets to be moved the week school starts. Allbritten claims to be 24 hours a day yet they are booked through Monday. She refused to tell me on the phone if they actually had an appointment at 2 or 3 AM today since they are 24 hours. This is false advertising at its best. That is my only complaint since I don't know the quality of their work. I am young enough to handle it however, this could have been a medical emergency and they don't prioritize or account for this. Their ""maintenance"" appointments should be pushed.

What started out great, quickly fizzled. The first visit was a success, and my HVAC system was running smoothly. When I called to schedule my winter service I was told I needed a whole new unit. How could my system fail, when it has just been checked out literally a few months prior?! They gave an estimate, to the tune of $8,000. I told my mom and right away she thought I was being scammed. She was not having it, and well, you know.... mom knows best. I figured it couldn't hurt to have her help. She called a repair man, out of Sanger. His name is Dan. He came out, free of charge, and looked the system over. He said the unit was in perfect working condition, and that there was no sense in replacing a perfectly working HVAC unit. Wow! An honest repair man. No work needed. No charge. You don't find such honest people. Right now we are in a mid summer heat wave, and I am sitting in my nice, cold, air conditioned house. This is the same unit, that ABC Cooling said needed replaced. Beware the wolf, in sheep's clothing. They come in nice and accommodating, then have you emptying your pockets, on services not needed.

ABC cooling is very friendly and professional. I set an appointment and they even called letting me know they had a technician coming about 30 minutes before the appointment. Within 2 hours my A/C was working. The Technician was nice and knowledgeable. Overall the service was great.

Our home AC in Fresno went out about 9:00 pm on SUNDAY evening, Aug 21, 2016 (it was still about 86 degrees outside). I called ABC Cooling's Fresno number (they installed the unit in 2009) that evening and Vanessa answered the phone. She was very polite and professional. She noted that our unit was still under parts warrenty and that a tech could be at our home Monday morning between 8:00 am and noon. Chad S arrived about 9:50 am and diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. An electrical component had ""died"", he had one in the truck, and the AC was back up and running by 10:30 am. We have had an annual HVAC maintenance agreement with ABC Cooling since the unit was installed and one of the main reasons is their excellent customer service.

We had our entire system redone. Unit, ducting, installation, everything. Without a doubt the easiest people to work with, kindest people to ask questions, and every dollar that we spent was well worth the out come. We went from losing 22% of the air made to less than 2%. ABC has great techs and installers!

If you want professional, outstanding team to assist you with your needs for ac/heating I highly recommend ABC! From the salesman John Drolette to the installers- Rafael, Paul, Hector, Carlos, Richard, and Randy. We are very satisfied!

Very dissatisfied with the situation. I contacted ABC late yesterday evening due to an inop heater. At first I was very happy to know they would be able to send someone out next day. I found it odd they required a credit card be placed on file in order to make an appt, but I overlook this since they were giving me next-day service. Technician showed today as promised, advised me it was a sensor, sent me a written work order stating bad senor and recommending to replace it for $202. Agreed to the cost and diagnostic fee. Calls back tells me back states although the sensor is in fact bad, I also need to replace the board and the cost is now over $600. This is outrageous! I am definitely convinced the other reviews are not real customers. Lesson learned as I fell for the fake reviews and contacted ABC. Save yourself the headache and find another company.

We had a whole house energy retrofit including a cool roof completed in July of this year. We were so happy with the crew that helped us bring our 55 year old house into the 21st century. Every member of their team, office staff, plumbing, installers, etc. were helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Within one week the work was complete and we were enjoying a comfortable, cool home. The 1st month our PG&E usage dropped one third, the 2nd month our usage was half of the previous August. Now the cold weather is here we are snug and warm and again using much less energy. I have recommended this company to several friends. Thank you again ABC.
