Call Allbritten out to fix an leaking shower. Two plumbers came out, didn't even really look at the shower and start making guess. ""It could be an Gasket and will cost 170, and etc, etc, to $800 dollar for an valve replacement."" They we're here less then 10 min and charge 59 dollars. They could have told me this over the phone, instead wasting my time and charge me an fee for making guess. Never going to call Allbritten again. First time and last time.

We decided to have our AC unit replaced after we endured a whole week without during a hot streak in June. During installation we weren't informed it would be a two day process so we were left without AC yet again during another heat wave. When I called to talk to the manager his response was ""what do you want me to do?"" I felt they could have left us with at least a couple of portable ac units and told him that. At first he said they didn't have any but then twenty minutes later they showed up to deliver one, yes one. So we get through the installation process and flip on our AC and it doesn't get cold. It runs and runs but never cools. I called them again and they are out and replaced the thermostat, still didn't work, they came back again and apparently it was wired wrong , to the heat at that , thus the unit not cooling. Finally resolved in August when it started to cool down so we didn't get to enjoy our AC during the summer. Now five months later and it's time to use the heater, guess what ? The heater don't work. Save yourself $12,000 , huge energy bills and a headache. This place is an overpriced joke!

Isaiah and Rafael came out to do electrical work for my newly installed recirculating pump and I have to say, they were very polite, informative, clean and professional. They did a great job! They had to go into the attic, through a small opening in one of the bedroom closets to drop a line. They put down drop clothes from the front door to the closet, wore booties and ensured things were at least as clean as when they started if not cleaner. I was worried about someone wanting to do the job the easiest and quickest way possible, which is not always the best or safest, but they had no problem ensuring the job was done right and to my liking. I was very impressed as I have seen the easiest, quickest way in the past. I would definitely want them to do electrical work in my home again when and if the need arises and refer them to any of my friends. Thank you guys!

Had Allbritten out for the semi-annual diagnostic. Ian and Ryan came out and were very courteous. One of them was a trainee and they used the inspection as a training session. They checked over the system thoroughly and declared it was working very well. I have been very satisfied with Allbritten service and availability.

He was knowledgable and addressed our questions and concerns about the system and how it would affect different functions of our home.
