Jimi and Jack Sparrow (Dom) saved my life. Where other plumbers tell you they can't and try to sell more stuff that you don't need Jimi and Dom did their best with my tough problem and made sure that my problem was fixed and I was happy.

There are a lot of bad plumbers out there but if everyone at Allbritten is like Jimi and Dom then they have a customer for life.

I had to call Allbritten because my heater went out in the middle of winter. They were able to send someone out the same day. Ian was amazing and explained everything and got it working again. Definitely would recommend and Allbritten had much more reasonable rates than others I had called.

Made an appointment to have my dead furnace fixed or replaced. No one showed up or called to inform Me the appointment would be canceled. Had to call another company to look at my furnace. So I ended replacing my ac and furnace system since they were over 20 years old. They were very nice in the phone but their appointment process needs some fine tuning. Based on their reviews they seem to be a good company but they lost my business, having 30 degree nights and the wife wanting the furnace fixed or replaced are not fun. Happy wife happy life!

If you are thinking of putting a new air conditioning and heating unit in your home, Allbritten is the one to call. We called them because we needed this in our home and I hear them all the time on the radio. I gave them a call and by the very next day Jerrod was sent out to meet us in our home. He was so professional in explaining how a new AC & heating unit would help us and how much it was going to cost. Within a week the crew was at our home working and the project was finished in 5 days! The entire crew was so professional and a pleasure to be around. I couldn't have picked a better crew myself! They were very clean, polite and fun to be around. I just wanted to thank them again for their beautiful smiles and most of all for wearing those blue booties in our house! I love my thermostat too! It can be controlled with a touch of one finger on my phone anywhere and anytime. I haven't had so much fun since I was a kid at Christmas time!

Thanks to the entire Allbritten crew! Now we can enjoy our warm house!

My garbage disposal went out. I called, they came out within 30 minutes, replaced my defective disposal, and were done. All within 1 hour time. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them.

These guys are all legit. I have a rental in Fresno, and I have to say, the communication is unreal. Top notch service, everywhere from the office to the plumber that comes to fix the issue. They do a fantastic job for owners of houses.

AC condenser fan motor went out last month and they were able to come out on Saturday( the only positive thing I can say about this company) The initial charge was 59 bucks which sounds pretty cheap. However. I almost choked when he told me that the fan replacement would cost $510.00 PLUS an extra 150 if they had to get one from their supplier. I was in a pinch due to renters having kids so they had me over a barrel. Checked supply house on monday to find that I can buy the same fan over the counter for 98 bucks. A 1 hour repair ended up costing me almost 600 dollars for an 80 dollar part. To top off their theft. The tech told me that I needed to clean my coils instead of just doing it for me while he was up their already and charging me so much. He cold have made me a happy customer if he had at least done that much or given me credit for the 59 dollar call against the actual repair. I have since had repairs done by Maximum Air and they were very fair and professional and do the little extras and are much more reasonable. Use Allbritten at the risk of your wallets.
