Had a great experience when all my drains were clogged. Allan came over and repaired my drains. Allan is knowledgeable and patiently found the best way to solve the problem. He was efficient and pleasant. I was in good hands. He was far more responsive than the national company and was 1/2 the price. I would highly recommend for drains or plumbing

Our toilet was leaking into the condo down below us. We called Allan's Emergency Drain Service. He responded quickly and fixed it right away before there was any damage. Allan informed us that we didnt have a big problem and that all was well. Allan put our minds at ease and he didn't break the bank either.

Allen installed our water heater a couple months ago. Very quick and nice service at first. We were having problems and tried to get ahold of him for months but we're not successful. We paid someone else to come look at it and found out that he used dryer vents instead of the vent kit that came with our water heater. The gas was going into our wall instead of outside which put us in danger. The parts we need apparently only come with a whole new water heater. Now $1,500 is down the drain because Allen is not responding to us. We have no option but to buy a new water heater and kit. Allen did a job he was not capable of doing. And he took the parts we paid for and need for the repairs. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.
