Got them to come out and they charged me $89, but once it was time to do the repairs I could never get a hold of anyone. One guy in particular was pretty rude, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since what can one expect out of plumbers. Turned out I should have just told them to leave and gone with someone else. I can't believe anyone would give these guys 5 stars....must be written by themselves...look elsewhere!

Quick response to my repair call, seemed knowledgeable and professional. They promised to come back to me ASAP re a repair estimate but never did. I called repeatedly over the course of a week but could never get anyone to return my call, let alone give me a quote. A complete waste of $89.

Contrary to the other reviewer, our experience has been very bad. After performing some plumbing repairs at my family""s home, we found that there were some problems. We called allan frank's office and left a message about our problem. We asked that they return our call. They did not return our call even after we called several times.

Be sure they do a good job before they leave because you will never see them again if you have problems!!
I would rate them as : never to be used again!!

BEST PLUMBER IN LONG BEACH!! Allan has personally solved many of our delicate plumbing problems with our house (built in the 40s). I would never call anyone else. I've even had him out to look at non-plumbing issues because I trust his opinion more than any other contractor.

Sending Kudos out to Javier and Freddy too. Great additions to the company.
