Allan Frank and son have been my house's plumber for over a decade. He's the only plumber I trust to give me honest answers and has never gouged me or tried to get me to purchase something I didn't need.

My house was built in the 40s so needless to say the plumbing is equally old and deteriorating. Allan Frank has repaired pipes, sinks, tub and toilets, traps, my water heater, water line, garbage disposal, etc etc. I wouldn't have a functioning house without him. Just called him this morning! I think we're ready for a new sewer line.

You have confirm that you guys do apartment building and all of a sudden I get a call that's says no?!?! Not professional and Not reliable!!!

Contacted Company and owner came out same day to give estimate. Said he would call me back to schedule repair and never did. Tried contacting again leaving messages to schedule repair and they never returned my calls. I understand it's a busy time but customer service is Key! All it takes is a response back to either you want the job or not. Searching for another company now
