Allan showed up right on time and was very professional. We were having a gas leak coming from our floor furnace and he knew exactly how to fix it. Other companies were telling us that our heater needed a rebuild and were quoting ridiculous prices. Allan was HONEST and told us it was easily repairable on site. The problem was fixed and it's now working perfectly. THANK YOU! A+++++ service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I called Allan Frank yesterday because my AC STOPPED WORKING:(.. he was booked til Friday but he was able to accommodate his schedule and came over today!! .. Although he was running late due to other appointments, I didn't mind waiting, after all he wasn't going to charge me to check out the problem. He was able to give me a diagnose and agreed to call me back whenever he had a price on the piece that needs to be replace!!.. Oh yeah did I mentioned he didn't charge me a penny for coming out:)!. So far I'm happy but hopping for the best!!
