Allan was amazing. I had a gas leak behind my furnace that the gas company couldn't fix, so they had to shut down my gas until it was resolved. I scrambled to find someone to fix the leak and called multiple companies. Fortunately, Allan was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule in the same afternoon to help fix the leak. He was also very honest and helped me tighten the leak without needing to move the furnace (which some companies proposed they needed to do). After fixing the leak, he gave me advice on how I can install a descaler to prolong the life of my tankless water heater. He came back a week later to add the descaler and gave me a very fair price. All in all, I will definitely seek Allan again for whatever heating/plumbing services I need. He is honest, efficient, and fast!

I had a leak and got a same day appointment set up with a window between 3-6 pm. No one showed up, no one called to reschedule. I called the office several times to see if they were just running late. No one picked up. I left a message about 30 minutes before 6 pm and no one called me back. Now I've wasted a day waiting for a no show and my leak continues.

TLDR: Don't waste your time with this company. Very unreliable.

Allan Frank Plumbing was recommended by my grandson's neighbor. My grandson was very happy with his work, and when a pipe broke under our sink, we gave him a call. We got an appointment easily, and he was there at the beginning of the window they gave us. He inspected what needed to be done, had all the parts in his truck, and was done in less than an hour. Allan was very knowledgable and personable, and his price was reasonable. We will definitely use his services again.

Great experience with Alan Frank as they responded within a few hours for a quote to replace a faucet. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable (also dog friendly) and was able to do the swap out in less than 1 hour. He arrived within the 2 hour window calling ahead and making sure we were aware of his arrival. He was very polite and stuck to the reasonable quoted amount... No Surprises!

Best in the business. Allan Frank has been my plumber for over 20 years. Their work is outstanding and I can always rely upon his knowledge and professional skills needed to complete the most difficult jobs. My house was built in 1941 so there are always plumbing issues. Most recently the main gas line had to be dug up and replaced. Allan and his staff worked long hours and had the gas problem fixed in one day. Allan Frank is special because of his vast experience and willingness to work late in order to finish the job. Allan usually has all the needed parts in his van. Allan maintains excellent communication with each customer. He is always punctual and arrives with a smile.

After spending thousands of dollars with this company they stopped showing up, came late, and flaked on the work. Installed a horrible AC unit, would never respond to service calls. I ended up replacing the unit. Referred him to another customer and he flaked on them too. I don't know what happened to him but he is very unreliable. I'm very sad things turned out so badly because I used them a lot in the past. I could give a zero I would.
