I have used Allan Feid plumbers for years and they never disappoint. yesterday they came to unclog my kitchen sink at 5pm. when they found they needed a longer snake than what was on the truck, they said they'd be back the following morning by 8 am and they were. they work cleanly and efficiently and are delightful to have in the house

Allen Feid is everything customer service and professionalism should be. He came out to the house immediately and fixed our problem without any extra issue. He was also safe and cognizant of all the craziness in the world AND my two dogs tried to lick his face off and he had no qualms. Our drains are fixed, pricing is great, and him and his staff are an absolute pleasure. I almost wish I had more of an issue because he was tremendous. Thank you!!!

Friday morning, my basement was flooded and although fully booked Allan showed up to help.
After eliminating all other possibilities he concluded the problem was rain water from the soil around the house. Tightened a leaky valve in my boiler and left with no charge.
Thank you Allen, will be glad to pay you the next time we need something fixed!

We have been using Allan Feid for about 13 years now and I just thought today it would be nice to write a review.
We usually make an appointment but when we've had an emergency they've always done whatever they could to accommodate us. The receptionist is always super helpful and the guys they've sent out have always been on time( a big plus in my book) and seem to know what they're doing.

Very rude receptionist, and the unexperienced plumber she sent did not know what he was doing. I doubt he even had a license. I do have to say that He was very nice though, a nice young man, but he didn't know what he was doing.

Excellent customer service. In the past I was willing to give up my time slot so they could help another customer with an emergency. This time, I was the one that needed the help and received it promptly. There are new ladies in the office giving it their best to take care of long time customers as well as new ones. Highly recommended.

We have been using this company for many many years for all sorts of issues that can occur in a home - leaky faucets, faulty toilets, hot water heater installation etc. etc.... They have always given us outstanding service and on the rare occasion when there was a problem they promptly addressed and fixed it. In addition. I have had nothing but warm friendly interactions with the woman who answers the phone and schedules appointments. She always goes out of her way to accommodate is so I take exception to the previous yelper who basically trashed her. Not true and very unfair. Highly recommend this plumbing company.
