Eric H.Called at 10pm yesterday. Was told between 9-12. 9:15 they called and my phone was sitting on my desk. Called back a 1/2 hour later when I saw the call. They told me they redirected the tech to ""somewhere else"" in Hudson county. They rescheduled me for 12-2. I said no problem. 2:15 rolls around and I called them again. They said the is at another job and should be another 1 1/2-2 hours around 4pm. I spoke with the manager at this point named Anthony. He then called me and said he didn't want to lie to me, someone would be here between 5-7. I said fine. I call back at 6:50, Anthony's gone for the day and I speak with Eugene (I think, some tough guy with a Russian accent). He tells me the tech is on another job on Jefferson. I ask to speak to Anthony or the Manager and ""neither"" is available. I've now waited 10 hours with no AC and a wife just out of surgery/2dogs.
Also was quoted 80$ a pound for refrigerant that should be around 35-40$ per my brother in law who is HVAC. His response was these guys are crooks and I shouldn't waste my time. Happy to share my call log if anyone wants a reference.
