I had them at my house last May to add more Freeon to my compressor. Gave me a cheaper price compared to other local competitors, would recommend to family and friends.

Please read the entire review if you want to understand the details *** NEW REVIEW *** After the issue described below, Anthony, a manager in All You Cooling call me to apologize and to understand the issue. I explained in detail, he apologized again and was really empathetic to my situation. He asked me for a second chance, that they will deliver the service and provide additional discounts, he only asked for me to change the review if the situation was fixed, which in my opinion was a fair request. They even returned the money payed in advanced We set up today as the new date as I was not available before. They committed to come between 10 and 12, The first technician arrived around 9:15 AM, they sent a second technician, who arrived no more than 30 min later. They were very professional and courteous, delivered the services and repair my AC. They had to wait for a replacement part, but that arrived a little later, but nothing that caused any inconvenience. Anthony was on top of everything all the time, as he promised. He call me n Friday to reconfirm the appointment. He call me to provide information during the day and when the technician finished, he called me, provided me a summary of the work and discounted about 20% additional for the inconvenience caused. Everyone, every organization can make mistakes, for me that's not the issue, the fact that All Year Cooling will stand by their mistakes, and will go the extra mile to assure total satisfaction give me confidence to call them again, that's the type of company I love working with, that's the kind of company that will get my business every single time. I'm really satisfied now, and I changed the review to a positive one, because in the end they delivered an excellent service. If the issues had not occurred it would have been a 5 star review, this time is a 4 to be fair with everything that happened. I recommend them 100%, you can be confident you will be satisfied. Thank All Year Calling, thanks Anthony for making it right, it was a great experience. *** OLD REVIEW *** I called All Year Cooling because one of my units stopped working. I called them around noon and promise to send someone between 4 and 8. The technician called in close to 5 to notify me he will arrive in about 20 min. The technician, Mike, very professional, very savvy. Made an assessment of the problem and told me the solution. He indicated me several other issues I had. He said he need to schedule for the next day as he did not have the parts, which I understand. I asked him to add several other services and they even provided a discount, I would guess first time customer benefits. He committed the service for the next day between 2 and 4, which was not what I wanted as my AC was not working, but again I understand this was a last minute thing. The issues started the day of the service. It was already 4 pm, no one showed, no one called. I called them and left a message as they customer service was full. I called the technician, voice mail again. After a couple of calls, I contacted the technician, they called about 30 minutes after that. it was already about 6:00 pm. They apologize for the inconvenient, promise an additional discount and that the service would be delivered next day 10:00 am Next day, we receive a call about 9:30 that we are going to be serviced around 11:00. At 12:00 I start calling and they tell me that the technician is already in his way. I really wanted my money back, not just because of the delays, but because I needed to run some errands and now my day was lost. They offered an additional discount, but when validated with the technician I needed to wait an additional hour, If they told me early in the morning they would get at 1:00 pm or later, I would have arranged my day, now I was screwed. I asked for a refund, which they promised. I am just writing this review after closing the call with their customer service. It's important to notice the customer service representative was very polite, professional and tried to fix the issue. I just could not keep waiting on them to finally come, besides my trust on them at this momento was gone, to many failed promises in my opinion.
This company has always stood behind their Warrantee. The fan quit in my five year old air handler. With the extended Warrantee my cost to fix, an all day job, was $99 bucks.
Ernesto V.I called them because I thought I had a problem with my A/C They replied within 15 minutes and they were willing and able to help me in whatever I needed.Result was my coil had frozen because my filter hadn't been changed..: I changed my filter as they recommended in my AC and now my A/C is working perfectly!! Their customer service is exceptional and they didn't even charge me anything for the help over the phone if I ever need any actual work done I will not hesitate to call them they are amazing!!

Greg M.I bought a new ac system from all year cooling in February 2018. I needed service this past week and had a very unhappy experience. I posted a bad review and Tommy reached out to me. I believe he truly cares about his customers experience so I changed my review and say that you should talk with him before bashing on what made you angry.
My experience with All Year Cooling has been Great. They are customer focused and explained everything in detail, so that I could understand what had happened to the A/C and what needed to be repaired. Due to a situation where my Tennant called them and did not call me first, and the A/C was new and under warranty, they helped me work towards a resolution and in the process gained a lifetime client.
Armando E.Awesome company, great team starting with Tommy and Greg the Tech. Had a minor scheduling mix up at the beginning aside from that. Greg came to check my A/C unit over all it wasn't cooling as well he checked various items and determined the new thermostat needed to be Calibrated to my unit. These guys are very trustworthy loyal and dedicated to what they do. The day I say good bye to my unit that I had for over 13 years I will definitely be reaching out to Tommy and his team to install a more energy efficient Unit for me. Thanks Tommy, and team.
Celeste M.I'm very happy with my experience with All Year Cooling. My landlord called them when my AC unit was making all kinds of scary noises, and they were there the next day. It turned out that the entire unit had to be replaced and until then, the AC needed to be off. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait that long and the technicians were out to my apartment the next day. Not only is my unit working fantastically, but the process was very smooth. The two men came earlier than expected (not a bad thing considering how long the whole process takes) and they got straight to work. They didn't waste any time while they were there and they cleaned up everything when they were done. They were very polite. I have recommended All Year to at least 3 family members since then.
if i could give this company a negative star i would!!!! everything was good until i decided to go with a different company.. once they found out i was going to a much cheaper, and better company, they went to the condo to snitch and try to shut the new company down... horrible horrible experience!!!! especially with a sales man named joe who tried to sell me a low performance ac unit for a lot more money!! please stay far away as possible from this company asap!!!!!
