tropical days here in South Florida sometime heat waves my air conditioning broke down and warranty company refuse to fix it I called many different air conditioning companies. This is a sad story but true I am a disabled individual and I'm taking care of my mother who has cancer no other air conditioning company would work with me the only air conditioning company that was compassionate and help me and finance the new air conditioning for me at a fair monthly rate is all year cooling. A heart filled appreciation and thanks too James Grant who was instrumental in my first contact with the company he tried many times and finally did house financing for me because he cared no other company cared no other people care this is the truth I am not a wealthy man I've been disabled all my life and to be honest I lost trust and hope in everybody Mr James Grant change my Outlook on humankind. As I mentioned this is a sad story but it turned out to be for the better my mother and I do not have to worry about getting sick or worse from any heat waves all year cooling staff member Michelle helped me with the financing payments each month again my heart filled thanks and appreciation to James Grant and All year cooling May God bless you

If a zero was possible would give it to them. We called as my 90 YEAR OLD mother's unit was not cooling. The repair guy told her the compressor was broken and could not be replaced as unit was no longer made. Quoted her $7200.00 to replace and told her she had to make a $1000.00 deposit to order it. He left her with no ac in 90 degree plus weather and offered no options. When I spoke to her I thought the unit was not very old and should be able to get parts. Looked at unit, saw it was a 2022 model. 2 years old! We got second opinion. There was nothing wrong with her ac. The compressor had overheated and the unit just had to be reset! In addition it is under warranty! This company tried to FRAUDULENTLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A 90 YEAR OLD WOMAN BY HERSELF. NEVER NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE. What they did is DEPLORABLE and INEXCUSABLE and possibly illegal. I intend to find out. The general manager did call me to apologize. However did not deny what her technician did. Said she didn't understand why he would have quoted her a new unit.

This company was trying to take advantage of my 90 year old mother. Took $1,000 deposit on her two year old a/c unit and told her it was not fixable. It's has a five year warranty and just needed to be reset. They should be turned over to the police, better business bureau and the attorney generals office. Were going to charge her $7,000 for a new unit.

This company is great at answering and scheduling you to sell you a system, but they are faulty systems. As soon as the one year warranty in my machine expired. The system started breaking apart. They sent a bunch of techs that most didn't know how to work my system or didn't have the parts made specifically for the machine they sold me. Until they sent David who is there best tech and he would schedule me daily to refill my freeon so my family wouldn't get sick while this great big company found the piece for my repair. This took months of having this done daily by David who was so helpful and kind. A year has passed and my system is doing the same thing again, i called and requested they send David who knows my system and how to work it, yet again they sent a tech who doesn't have the pieces to give my system a proper diagnosis. I've tried calling the company repeatedly today with no call back, that also shows their customer service skills. I never questioned their pricing nor did i give them issues to pay my system off but my nearly new system routinely stops working annually during the summer. My family is at risk of heat strokes because not only are the machines they sell junk but they don't provide their techs with the proper tools or training for all of the systems. They should be more considerate with people's time, health risk, and comfort. In my opinion they would show have much better customer service and turn around time if they book the service visits to the techs which are both trained and equipped for the unit the family has! My next unit is coming from any company other than this one, because they lost my trust and loyalty as a customer.

I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! In my 4 months of dealing with this company, NOT ONCE have they kept their appointment time! There is always some excuse but what it really comes down to is that they do not know how to schedule their people. When I call them, I ALWAYS have to leave a message and wait for them to call back in and hour or more. Recently, (again with a system that is only 4 months old) My air conditioninging stopped working Friday around 1pm and the outside temp now in August was 91 degrees. They finally returned my call @ 3:43 meanwhile it heated up to 88 degrees inside. They gave me a window between 5-10pm. The tech showed up at 7:12 and assesed the problem was the compressor went bad in a 4 month old unit! He did not have the part to fix it so he left and said the office would call me about what they are going to do to resolve this issue. They did call in a reasonable time and said that they don't have the part in stock therefore because it's the weekend, they would not be able to get the part until Monday! Meanwhile I have NO AC in the middle of summer in South Florida! They also said they would get me a protable unit Saturday morning to hold us over until Monday. They said to expect someone between 10-12. When they did arrive with the portable unit, it only cools 350 sf and my house is 2,000 sf. This unit wouldn't even make a dent with the August heat. After the manager telling me over and over again that they only supply ONE unit per customer, I finally got her to send the tech to purchase another 350sf unit from my local HD. As these units have to be vented to the outside thru a window, they are really not """"Portable"""" at all. Now we come to Monday! At 8:27 am they already called to push back the tech coming to repair the AC unit with the new compressor. Throughout the day, I got call after call pushing back the repair. The tech finally showed up at 7pm and finally finished at 9:30pm. So after 4 full days in 90-100 degree weather, we finally had AC again! Honestly, I could go on and on about this companies lack of service but if you read this far, you get the jist! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Do not use this company. Horrible experience. Here's what's happened to us so far: Purchased house in 2021, previous owners had a warranty with All year cooling. We called them and sent in our deed, and were told they would handle the warranty. Now in 2024, our AC stops working, and they did not want to honor the warranty until we found an email chain with their employee. After a week battling with them, they came and """"fixed"""" the AC... The following day, the AC stops working again. So either they replaced the wrong part, or broke something in the process of fixing it. Today I called them first thing in the morning. Said they'd have a tech out this afternoon. The guy showed up at 8pm, and tells me he's scared of heights (our AC is on the roof), and he will not go up there. This company sent a tech who is scared of heights to fix an AC on the roof, 1 day after """"fixing"""" it on the roof... I'm honestly in disbelief. Avoid these people like the plague.

I contacted ALL YEAR ASSHOLES!!!! @allyearch to help my 80+ year old parents replace their central ac. @allyearch quoted me $5400 and I found another company to do the same for $400 less. Now the dick of a sales manager is threatening to send the city because he claims It required a permit! Fuck you! I have text messages between myself and the sales manager where because I didn't give him my business he is threatening to call the city where my parents live to inspect the job because it requires a permit. Disgusting, unprofessional and they don't deserve to be allowed to be in business. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR!!! SCAM!!!! CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
