So I have to say I am very impressed regarding this companies business ethics, Wow! From the moment I spoke to someone in the company regarding an estimate for a new AC unit to the completed job. Very professional yet easy to speak with, promptly calling to see how everything went with the technician and installation. I can't sY enough. I called them based on their Yelp reviews. I was really impressed with the knowledge of their technicians. My A/C stopped working after I tried to change the thermostat. After I told the tech what happened, he immediately told me I blew the system board and transformer. He opened up the A/C and sure enough that was the problem. He replaced the transformer and had to order the system board. The board came an hour later and they send a tech out to install it. They also followed up with ac call to make sure everything went OK. Super friendly staff. Price was expensive but consistent with the cost of the repair.

Totally positive experience. Called this company for the first time and got a representative (Joseph) toward the end of the day. He set up someone for the next day to come in and install entire new HVAC unit. The unit was the right one that I requested and the installation by Marvin was fantastic. Amazing how one guy can know all about electrical, plumbing, and HVAC mechanics with such ease. He had to disconnect everything in the old HVAC unit and remove it but first had to remove the hot water tank and disconnect the pipes. Complicated, but only took him a few hours. The company in general has also been great dealing with .

We were drawn to them for their 49 years in service and stellar reviews. When I called to schedule a quote, they were courteous on the phone and came out the very next day. The consultation.... Joe Nicolosi came out to our home and we were supremely impressed. He was charismatic, attentive, knowledgable, and honest. By the end of the consult, all of our questions were answered and we felt so comfortable proceeding that we purchased the unit with Joe that day. The price... Best price out there! Very competitive price and great financing options. The installation... The techs came out that SAME weekend (just a few days after the consult) to install the new system! They came right on time, were careful with our floors and walls when taking out the old unit, and even gave us tips on how to help the unit run better. They were clearly experts and were very professional. The product... It is running cool and smoothly. You can feel the quality of the air is vastly improved with the new unit. I'm so glad we got the UV light, as my husband has allergies. Overall... We are impressed by the professionalism and quality provided from the initial contact to the installation and final product. After leaving my name with answering service I got a call and made an appointment. No show. Called back--- answering service.... It was like they didn't know me. They couldn't even give me a time when they were coming. I canceled the appointment??? One could only imagine how long the wait for the part would be.

Have technicians who have a clue what they're doing. Finding the cause of water dripping from a overflow value/pipe is not brain surgery. Two different technicians at two different times cost too much money without a solution. They originally installed the unit. They were more interested in upselling me high profit services that I had zero interest in. Called an independent a/c technician, who found the problem and resolved it in less than 15 minutes at one third the price.

Everything about my All Year Cooling experience from the initial visit by extremely knowledgable and helpful Joe Nicolosi to the installation of two systems and follow up by service technicians afterward was incredibly professional and top notch. I cannot recommend them enough for AC installation and am sure the service side of things is handled with as much care and precision as installs. Two thumbs way up!
