Austin and his crew at All World Construction went above and beyond from start to finish on some significant repairs for our rental property.

They provided detailed estimates and explanations of all work to be done. AND they gave an ACCURATE timeline for work to be completed. They were in touch throughout the somewhat complex project, making sure we knew what was happening, and that we approved of all aesthetic choices before they were made.

We couldn't be happier with the results! And costs were fair and reasonable. As landlords, this was a must!

We will definitely be using All World Construction whenever we can again. I''m very happy to write this good review, I just hope they aren't too busy to see us the next time we call! lol

Austin and his team worked on a major tile renovation in the home we are renting. He expertly navigated the difficult situations between the property management company, the homeowner, and renters (us). He was professional, thorough, and seems to have done a quality job. When we were frankly worried with the amount of renovation dust everywhere considering our toddler, he took it upon himself to do initial cleaning, then hire a cleaning crew and then again some more to ensure our (the renter's) satisfaction. Although I cannot speak about price since we were not involved in paying for the job, I give Austin 10 out of 10 for making a difficult situation manageable. I would recommend him to others.

Austin did a great job repairing the fascia boards along my roof, which were rotten and crumbling, and sealing the connecting areas on the roof. See my before and after pics. He pretty much delivered on everything that I look for in a contractor, which is sadly all too hard to find these days:
-He provided a well written professional estimate with details and options.
-Communicated clearly and was responsive
-Showed up when he said he would.
-Did great work at a reasonable price.

Great work, clean and professional. We had six new valves replaced, a shower mixing valve and hardware installed. Austin was able to accommodate an urgent request and promptly provided all necessary licensure and costing information. Chris and Dave completed the work on time and were very friendly. Payment was an easy process online and I would highly recommend AWC to anyone looking for plumbing work.
