Angela M.Unprofessional, stay away~ I am in insurance agent with an elderly client who does not have a home phone, her heat broke and she asked us to help her make calls to find someone to fix it (it's 6 degrees out here right now). I found Allweek online with coupons and all, set her an appointment and they were to come within the hour, making it perfectly clear where she l;ives and has no phone. NP they say. Today, she comes in and tells me they never showed up. I call them back and they say they had no intention of going to a home with no phone where they cannot reach the homeowner. So why not say that from the beginning????? The man is rude with me on the phone telling ""you should go elsewhere I can't be bothered with this"" NP, called someone else and resolved this within an hour. Shame on them for being so unprofessional, this woman could have gotten hurt in that extreme cold at her age and she could have suffered alot of damage a her home as a result of freezing, when all along we could have been calling others to find a repair person if THEY DIDN'T LIE AND SAY THEY WERE COMING!
Ryan H.Furnace went and called all week late Saturday night. Alex Came looked at it and told me they could do a full replacement first thing Monday morning. He Showed up at 830am and installed a new furnace with no problems. Great service
Leo M.PEOPLE FROM NEW JERSEY ... STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
I should have taken Chris A.'s and most of the people here for their advice and NOT called this company. My heating system works perfectly fine, but the the Low Water Cut-off needed to be replaced since the water wasn't draining. So i called these guys up and the lady on the phone said that a person would come between 8-10 and he arrived just before 10. So far so good.
After he checked the LWCO, he recommend, it needs to be replaced and he said its $1200 + taxes. I then called up the company to check on why it was $1200. I spoke to this guy called OZZY and simply asked him for the break up on why it is $1200, he started yelling at me saying there is no break up and this is how they do their business.
I researched and the low Water Cut-off costs around $210. The final total came to $1284 with taxes. So basically they charged me over $1000 for their services.
IF THIS IS NOT A RIP OFF, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS.
This company is extremely over priced. Was charged nearly 8 times the amount for the part that I needed. Make sure you shop around before choosing them to do ANY work on your home.
Wayne S.mis leading info in phone book and secretery making appointment both said FREE ESTIMATES when called to conferm i was told it would be a 180.00 dollers for my time and its friday night
We were very appreciative of the promptness and courtesy of our technician, Alex R, when our air conditioner failed on a very hot day. He was thorough and trustworthy and repaired the problem before it became too uncomfortable to be without air.
I lost AC in 2 of my zones. I called All Week plumbing. They told me the 2 Carrier units needed to be replaced at a cost of $12,000. I called a Carrier authorized dealer who told me that a fuse and a condenser needed to be replaced at a total cost of a few hundred dollars.
nothing else to add about this company
Scam artists! I called this company this morning because I had a horrendous odor coming from my toilet. (No, toilet did not need to be flushed.) The nice lady who answered the phone told me that there would be a $65 fee for the service call if they didn't do the repairs.
The guy comes out and the first thing he tells me is that the new vinyl floor I had put down last week isn't the right floor. I should have used tiles and that is why my toilet is leaking. I explained that there is no leak, just the odor. He lifted the toilet and showed me the opening where the drain pipe is. He said it was rotted out and I have a leak and he needs to look at the pipes under the floor. I already have a hole in the first floor ceiling from a leak from the sink a few weeks ago. I gave him a flashlight and a ladder so he could look up at the pipes. Even though everything was bone dry, he still said that the old pipes leaking and need to be replaced.
I had to leave and left my father in the house with him. I came back about 30 mts later, and my father tells me he got a price for $1275 to replace the pipes. He also paid $275 (+tax) for today's visit. If I use this company, that charge with be deducted from the bill. Now I was fuming. I was told $65 for the visit. If I was going to be charged a fee for the estimate, someone should have stated that.
I called the owner and he did a conference call with the worker. The worker says the fee is for ""all the work he did."" All he did was lift the toilet up and then look up at the pipes. I even emptied the water out of the bowl before he got here! He didn't even flush the toilet. The owner let the employee tell me repeatedly the the charge was for all the work he did. Unless we hired them to do all of the work, we were out the $275. If I was going to be charged a fee for the estimate, someone should have stated that.
THEN, I go upstairs. The toilet was sitting in the middle of the bathroom floor AND, I also had a new leak where the shut-off valve is. There was no way I would hire this company. So, I called another plumber. The other plumber came within the hour. He flushed the toilet several times and looked at the pipes. Yes, they are very old pipes and they will need to be changed at some point. But there was no leaking water and everything was dry. The problem was the seal was cracked under the toilet and toilet wasn't totally flush to the floor. I didn't even realize this at the time, but now the flange was broken too! When the worker picked up the toilet, he also pulled up the flange and now that was cracked. And, the shut-off valve behind wouldn't turn and that was leaking.
I wound up paying $400 for a new flange, a new seal and to replace the shutoff valve to a competent plumber. If you are going to call them, be prepared to get ripped off and make sure you have another plumber on standby!
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED! I found their number from the Valpak where I only called because I saw a coupon for $79 AC tuneup. The guy water downed my AC unit, didn't even check my filters and then proceeded to explain to me I needed 2 pounds of freon and my cost will then be $345 plus tax. I simply declined on the freon and then he charged me $125 for what he called a tuneup!!! The guy had such an attitude it made me uncomfortable and just wanted him off my property. Literally charged me $125 to take my hose and rinse off my AC unit!!! I called another place and they charged me $150 for the service with the freon!!!! DO NOT CALL!
Scheduled a service call to investigate a leak behind the wall and a simultaneous leak in the T&P valve of my new water heater, which was underwhelming. I wanted to use a different plumber, but when there's an emergency, the best plumber is the one that answers your calls. I will at least give them one star for responsiveness and showing up when they said they would.
The tech that came in had a thick accent and was hard to understand. He curtly informed me ""I check everything"" and got to work - just turning on everything upstairs and seeing if the wall became wet, which of course it didn't because I already checked this before I called. They did check the visible piping under the sinks and shower valves (which I was glad for, having changed many of the fixtures out myself at one point or another), but didn't use any of the heuristics I've seen gifted plumbers use to deduce whether there's a leak in a hidden section of pipe - not even checking the meter to see if it moves when everything is off. They also didn't measure the pressure on the lines (which I then did: it was normal).
They charged me $80 despite the fact that we walked away with the impression that the leak in my walls and water heater were due to fairies. The writeup just says ""Checked everything"".
Update: I'm taking this down to one star because I had a competent plumber in a week later and he found and fixed the leak immediately. He was flabbergasted that All Week missed it.
