Matt responded to our ""furnace down"" situation on a very cold Friday afternoon with very short notice. He was able to quickly get it working again with a relatively minor fix and did not try to sell us anything we didn't we need. Being able to trust that we were not being taken advantage of in that situation was huge. Now we know who to call in the future for service. Thanks!!
