I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I found out about Robert from an acquaintance who highly recommended him and I can see why. Very honest, showed up when he said he would, and did a great job fixing our air conditioner at a reasonable price. As a bonus, he was very pleasant and took the extra time to show my husband what was wrong with the unit and also what was working right and didn't need to be replaced. My husband said he felt like he got an HVAC master class after meeting with Robert! An added plus is he's a plumber too so I will definitely be keeping his number in my contacts and using him for any and all future plumbing needs as well as replacing our air conditioner if and when the time comes. I was initially surprised to hear Robert doesn't advertise and only operates by referrals and thought 'how can someone stay in business that way'. After using his services, now I know how he does it. His integrity is first rate!

We had been told we needed a couple thousand dollars worth of work or a new HVAC unit by another company. We called Rob to provide us with a second opinion on our HVAC unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem was just low Freon. He added the Freon and our AC was back working right away.
He will now be our only contact for any HVAC repair or plumbing.

Absolutely great experience with this company. The owner came and personally handled the request for a water filter and was extremely professional and thorough throughout the process. He also gave insight about our AC and Heating systems as per the age of our house, and helped with our garbage disposal as well ... Really genuine guy, and does not cut corners.

We have had Robert help us out with a number of issues that have come up over the year - from a busted AC in the condo, to changing out the dishwasher, to helping with a bathroom leak, an AC leak, a heating issue, a water filtration system, etc. - He has been kind, courteous, timely, effective with his communication, and efficient every single time. He is in high demand because he is so good that sometimes he's booked out for a few weeks but it's worth the wait.

The best part of working with Robert is the fact that he's honest and completely transparent about everything - cost, timeliness of projects, etc. Would highly recommend for his professionalism.

All Weather is a locally owned business. Right from the beginning, I was impressed with Robert and his staff. He went over the options that were available to me, and fully explained what I should expect from the process. Robert answered the many questions I had. He was always on time, clearly communicated what he was doing and left the job site clean. He set up all the appointments needed for inspection. In Real Estate business long time. Always concerned (and always asked) about recommending vendors....old expression; sooner or later it will come back to 'bite' you....sometimes clients are at fault...not reasonable...happens. Have done business with Robert (also brother, Jesse) on several occasions....always responsive, prompt....more importantly honest. Go-to guys for straight advice....know their stuff...congenial!

This is a owner operated business, where you get the experienced plumber/ HVAC master on every job. Have done business with Robert and All Weather twice. The first time he helped me nurture a dying air conditioner for another year at a very reasonable price. Second time he replaced my whole HVAC system. Robert is extreemly knowledgable on HVAC, he listens to what the customer wants and is flexible enough to work with you. He also doesn't have the overhead the big companies have so he is very competitive on price. My installation was somewhat challenging because of space, to get the full efficiency rating I wanted but Robert adapted beautifully. The new system has a neatness that shows a pride of wokmanship that is not all that common today. Do yourself a favor and ask All Weather to bid on your next job. You will be impressed with his knowledge, pleased with his price and very happy with the finished job.

Service can't get better than how Robert took care of my air conditioner problem today. During this heat wave I couldn't even get a call back from other companies and, although he was booked out all week, he was able to come by within about an hour after I called and took care of my issue with a 90 day guarantee.

We just recently purchased our first home. The 30 year old furnace went out a few weeks after we moved in. I called All Weather Heating. Robert was prompt and found the problem quickly. The part was already on his truck! He explained everything very clearly and the cost was reasonable. I will be calling them when we decide to replace it and get Air Conditioning.
