Thomas and Vince were amazingly fast and Efficient with changing my ac unit at St John's plantation! My house smells amazing and the ac unit is kickin'!! It was an ugly job but they made it fresh.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I purchased my HVAC unit from this business in January, 2017. I recommend you stay away from this business which is only intrested in getting your money any way they can. Once when I called during the warranty period, they denied even selling me this unit and said they had no records of it. That should tell you what kind of business they run.. I called them on 12/15/20 in the worst part of the pandemic and talked with Michelle Duval who said she was the Business Manager. She refused to give me any information about whether having humidity on the screen next to the air filter was common and normal or indicated some type of problem. I tried to explain to her I was 81 and had comorbidities and CDC recommended people over 65 not interact with anyone outside their home and order groceries and medicine be delivered. She however refused to listen and hung up in my ear. The only thing she cared about was me letting them send a technician out to my home to charge me several hundred dollars just to look at this screen and diagnose the problem and possibly expose me to a deadly virus that I could die from. Stay away from this company and don't make the same mistake I did of buying anything from them. They only care about your money and are willing to risk your life to get it. They claim their technicians dress safely but that is something you have to trust your life on and they aren't deserving of that trust.

They can install a new unit perfectly but they forget to drain the pipes and the unit stops working. They spent hours here and we thought they were doing the job correctly but forgot one major detail. Please remind them to drain the pipes so the unit will work.

When you drive a company vehicle around the city of Jacksonville you are representing your company. When you drive negligently and almost hit other drivers without a care in the world and display such a display of distracted driving I can't help but think how your work ethic must be. Some things to consider when representing your company. The vehicle I'm referencing is with license plate HLE D84...should your company even remotely care ‍

Their work is extremely sloppy and lazy. I specifically asked for a drop bar for my fan, which they installed 6 or less inches from the ceiling, which I would need an 8 foot ladder to just change the bulbs. Their solution was to put EXTREMELY long chains to turn the fan and lights on. They did not install the connection from the dryer vent to the wall so I could hook up my dryer connection. They even inverted the kitchen cabinets. I think they just drive around in a truck and pick up people on the street the morning of a job and hire them on the spot for a day. The quality of work with this company is nonexistent and their workers are unqualified and lazy.

The worst work I've ever seen in all my years. Club at Millennia management hired these contractors to do some water pipe replacing. They left such a nasty mess in my apt (and neighbors confirmed theirs too). The mess took days to clean. They ruined my brand new bedroom set with spatter everywhere, Spackle remnants left on the walls, Drywall dust on everything, used my cleaning equipment and left filthy, water bottles left laying around and they chose not to return any of my furniture to where it was. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wouldn't pay these people a nickel for their services!

My Heater went out and they came out to inspect it late Monday night and found the issue right away. The very next morning they arrived with a brand new Central Air and Heating unit and went to work. I had the utmost trust in them and left them to do their job. Upon returning home the installation was complete and no mess. Thank you so much!!

Top notch! I called All Weather this morning and they were able to come out by the afternoon. Their technician (Robert Suarez) rewired and repaired my A/C with a quickness! I am very impressed!

AWC repaired and replaced ductwork in the crawl space under our house. Not the most glamorous of jobs and after spending hours under the house but both Peter and Eddie were professional, positive, and enthusiastic. They spent a lot of time making sure the job was done well. They are great ambassadors for AWC.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repairs and took me through a step-by-step tutorial on how to proactively prevent the problem from recurring in the future. He was very patient with my many questions and happy to answer them. AWC now has a life-long customer in me and I'd confidently recommend them to anyone who has a need for their services.
