I created a Yelp account just to post a review of this company. Hands down the MOST unprofessional workers I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They were hired by my apartment complex to install new windows and yes they have installed new windows. However, when I get a letter from the company saying how it should be done in just a few days, that is what I expect. It is now October 17th when the work started well into the beginning of September and the work on my windows is still not complete. You know it is a horrible company when I have workers coming into my apartment asking ME what needs to be done. And this didn't just happen once but multiple times. I work late hours at a hospital where I need my mind to be as sharp as possible for the patients that are being seen to help them receive the best treatment possible. When I work from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, the last thing I want to deal with is horrible employees sawing, hammering, playing music, singing, yelling, and coming into my BEDROOM usually around 8:00 AM. But All Weather Contractors Jacksonville loves to do just that. After numerous complaints to countless different employees and higher-ups of the company, nothing has changed. In fact it's only become worse. I completely understand that the hours these people work is based upon whoever is coming up with their schedule and that is perfectly fine. But when I have people singing and blasting music literally right outside of my window, while I'm trying to sleep, you better believe I'm going to be upset. But let's not forget the main issue at hand here. My windows are STILL not complete. The window on my patio hasn't even been sealed yet and when I tell the workers the response I get is """"Yuh somebody will be in there at some point to do it prolly."""" You make me laugh you worthless employee. I know it isn't going to get done any time soon or hell even at all. So if you would like to hire the most unprofessional, incompetent, rude, disrespectful company on the face of the Earth, then please by all means give All Weather Contractors a call. Next time I would rather someone hire Comcast to come out and do contracting work on my building because frankly, this is pathetic.

They can install a new unit perfectly but they forget to drain the pipes and the unit stops working. They spent hours here and we thought they were doing the job correctly but forgot one major detail. Please remind them to drain the pipes so the unit will work.

When you drive a company vehicle around the city of Jacksonville you are representing your company. When you drive negligently and almost hit other drivers without a care in the world and display such a display of distracted driving I can't help but think how your work ethic must be. Some things to consider when representing your company. The vehicle I'm referencing is with license plate HLE D84...should your company even remotely care ‍

We purchased our Carrier unit from All Weather less than 3 years ago. It has broken a number of times. It broke down again this morning (on a Friday) and we called the answering service after waiting for a return call that did not come, I called again and was told that we would not receive service until Monday morning. When I asked the woman on the line to speak to a supervisor - she told me there was none. To top it off the company site is in the same neighborhood and only two blocks away from our home. This company has not provided good follow up service. Their labor costs are outrageous and they certainly are not concerned about keeping their customers. I called another Carrier dealer and they'll be getting our business in the future.

Top notch! I called All Weather this morning and they were able to come out by the afternoon. Their technician (Robert Suarez) rewired and repaired my A/C with a quickness! I am very impressed!

I can only praise All Weather Contractors for the courtesy and professional service we received when we bought our Carrier unit. The installers were prompt and provided clean excellent installation. .They were very nice. I will never use any other AC company again. They even waited around an hour to make sure the ac was cooling. Thanks ALL WEATHER for coming to our rescue during a very hot summer. So glad we called All Weather.

It will be expensive to get them out to check your AC. Maybe they will fix it, and maybe they won't. But it will be more expensive to get them out a second time to fix what they should have fixed in the first place. In my case, they """"fixed"""" an AC in early August. When called about two weeks later to """"fix"""" the same AC, they refused to provide any estimate to even determine what was wrong, let alone to fix the problem. But their """"appearance"""" fee was already going to cost more than their first visit to """"fix."""" And of course we won't get any credit for their taking the money the first time and not doing the job right. Will never do business with these """"businessmen"""" again. A/C system less than 5 years old, and numerous major problems that these folks can't fix -- but they sure can cash checks.

Their work is extremely sloppy and lazy. I specifically asked for a drop bar for my fan, which they installed 6 or less inches from the ceiling, which I would need an 8 foot ladder to just change the bulbs. Their solution was to put EXTREMELY long chains to turn the fan and lights on. They did not install the connection from the dryer vent to the wall so I could hook up my dryer connection. They even inverted the kitchen cabinets. I think they just drive around in a truck and pick up people on the street the morning of a job and hire them on the spot for a day. The quality of work with this company is nonexistent and their workers are unqualified and lazy.

All Weather just installed 2 new a/c units in my house and the entire customer service experience was outstanding! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and professionally from my initial contact to the guys handling the installation. Highly recommend!

Originally All Weather Contractors did a good job of replacing an air conditioner. But when they came back to fix it they grossly overcharged me. This was not called in as an emergency repair. I was charged $470 (after they agreed to lower their original billing) to replace a failed part that was still under warranty, on the AC they installed. My tenant wrote me a """"thank you"""" email for getting the AC fixed quickly, and wrote that the AWC repairman, """"Scott was out at 815am this morning and said that the fan motor was frozen up. He replaced it and was finished by 845am."""" They charged $470/hr to do a simple job - outrageous. Don't call them for simple work, it's apparently not worth their time to work for $200 per hour (or 1/2 hour).
