Perhaps the owner might know his work but workers sent to address my backing up problem did not even look at the backup and went ahead with main drain clean up that did not need to be done as all the work needed to be done through the shower drain as i just had another company complete in no time

My oven gas pipe and valve were red tagged by SoCal Gas. Luis was quick to respond to my request and gave me an estimate within a couple days. I got multiple estimates and their estimate seems more accurate than some of the other companies. Luis explained the work that was going to be and communicated times frames accurately for arrivals. The technician that came to do the work also communicate clearly what he was doing and was fast and professional. SoCal Gas said it looked like they did a great job. I would recommend All Ways Plumbing for sure!

Highly recommend All Ways. We just bought a house and needed to fix a few things from our inspection report. The day before Luis and crew came out to give an estimate, we had an emergency flooding situation that he was able to send someone out right away to fix. After receiving the totally fair and reasonable estimate, Luis was easy to schedule with and took care of all of our issues in a very timely manner. Edwin was awesome and walked us through all of the work to make sure everything was working as it should.

Our kitchen sink was backing up every so often . It happened last night I called my husband, who is working out of town, to ask him the company he had used last time, because he had said how great they were. When the tech unblocked the sink, he explained why it kept backing up. He showed my husband how the configuration of the pipes was causing it. We decided to ask them to come back to correct the pipes, but life got busy, and we didn't get to it. So last night I called Luis, who sounded so attentive and professional, and accommodated me immediately. He said he would send someone out the next day. He even arranged for it to be during a certain window of time to allow for my work schedule. When I arrived home from work today, Edgar was waiting for me. He was sweet to my overly friendly dog who kept jumping on him, and came in and got to work. He explained to me the same thing they told us last time. I asked him if he could install the correct pipes and connections. He said he can, so he is getting the parts and will be back next week. He was so conscientious, carefully cleaning up and hosing down the driveway where the pipe had dripped. My dog jumped on him a few more times, and he was off. What an outstanding experience all around!
