The shut off valve in my upstairs bathroom broke and water started spewing everywhere. I called a plethora of plumbers with no answer or call backs. Finally, was contacted by All Valley Plumbing, spoke and worked with Dustin. He came AFTER his work day and helped me in such an awful and stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them.

12/15/19 Update I am updating this review because I received a very nice call from the owner. He sincerely apologized for the problems that I had and let me know that he did not charge me for the call. I appropriate him getting back to me, but I still need to have the work completed.



I am extremely disappointed in the service and follow up from All Valley Plumbing. I contacted them to help me with two small plumbing issues and neither has been resolved, but they have charged me $216.21.

I needed to have a faucet fixed on a tub and I needed the low pressure cutoff switch adjusted on my well so that I could maintain pressure in the system at the bottom of the cycle. I was expecting a plumber that was capable of coming to my home and fixing both problems. What I got was a young man that was very obviously very new to the plumbing trade. He acted as if he had never seen a well system with a pressure tank and immediately started to send his boss pictures of what he was looking at. He then proceeded to try and sell me a whole house filtration system. He had no idea how this system worked or what he was even looking at so my pressure switch was not adjusted.

We then proceeded to the faucet. Again he had no idea how to fix a faucet and again took pictures of the problem. I am assuming to again send to his boss. But this was not before he tried to figure out how to turn the water off in the house. Again, he had no idea what he was looking at and no idea how to turn off the water. I actually knew much more than he did.

At the end of his visit he promised two things. First he would order a part to fix my faucet. Second he would supply me with a proposal to install a whole house filtration system. I probably do need this system, but I can guarantee that it will not come from All Valley Plumbing.

It is now over three weeks from the date of the visit to my home (11/11/19). I have not heard from them about the part for my faucet and I have not seen a proposal for the water filtration system. I feel like I have been very poorly treated and they are just extremely unorganized or they are a second rate organization trying to up-sell their customers. The bottom line is that I paid good money for their expertise and help and I received neither.

I strongly suggest that if you are looking for a reliable plumber that you look elsewhere.

All Valley Plumbing has been my GO-TO plumber for 2 years. Duston and his crew have been so responsive and efficient. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I had them do a large job for a major renovation at my house and everything went well and they did do a good job for the rough-in. So I can't fault them for their work. They quoted me more than other bids that I had but went with them since they came recommended from my contractor.

But then, when it came to do the final installation before my family is moving in (finishing installing the toilets, sinks, shower heads, etc), they inform me that wasn't part of the initial quote and they are going to charge me thousands more and if I didn't go with them, they would revoke their warranty (since other reputable companies were willing to do the same job for much less).

That would be like my flooring guys putting 75% of my floors in and saying to get the other 25%, I need to pay more.

Seriously, this is what I call a shakedown and will never ever do business with this ""company"" again.

All Valley Plumbing helped us with a plumbing issue at our Arlington area rental recently and they were great! The found the leaky pipe, fixed it immediately and gave us some good tips on how to fix everything else without going way over budget. We've used their plumbers before for everything from water heaters, to toilet repairs and faucet updates. They've always been very professional, on time and on budget.

I got four bids before deciding on All Valley Plumbing. They were the lowest bid. I called Dustin, the owner of the company, to thank him for the work that Justin the plumber did to replace old rusty pipes in my basement. Dustin told me he believe in charging for materials and time but not in taking advantage of people. And wasn't that refreshing.

Now about Justin: he arrived on time and set to work. He was efficient, friendly, answered my questions and cleaned up his mess, making sure everything was back in order. And, he's a very likable young man. I absolutely recommend All Valley Plumbing.

In the end I got a solid job done at a very reasonable price. Dustin and his crew are super friendly and professional. They give great advice and talk though everything with you and don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. Highly recommended.
