We were very pleased with their services. They were able to help with a clog in the washroom and came through when we had an emergency in the downstairs bathroom. It's an old house with old pipes. I got a call at work from a neighbor who said water was coming up from the ground around an electrical box and that my dog could get electrocuted. I got on the phone urgently trying to reach both my regular and back-up plumbers, but I got voicemail. Desperate, I turned to yelp and found AVP. I left a message and Moe called back 5 minutes later. I told him the problem and he came out within an hour. He addressed the immediate crisis and said he had left another job because of the emergency nature of my call. He came back the next day, solved the problem, and gave me different priced options to fix it. Problem solved at a fraction of the cost I had expected. Thanks, Moe!

After the craziness at our house, I feel like Mo is part of the family. He was here so much over the course of 2 weeks, we should have made up the guest room for him to stay in. It started out with 2 clogged toilets. We called him based on the Yelp reviews. He came out within a couple hours (if I'm remembering correctly). He attempted to snake the pipes but that wasn't doing the job. The next day he came out with the camera and said our main sewer line needed to be replaced due to old clay pipes. There were tons of roots growing through and a simple snake wasn't going to do it. He quoted us a totally reasonable price (we did call and shop around before approving the work). Once work got started on the main sewer line, that's when all hell broke loose. Long story short, our house was build by a bunch of fools in the 1950's and nothing was done right. What was supposed to be a fairly simple job became 2 weeks of various areas of pipes being replaced and the city having to get involved with the connection to the city's sewer line. We did end up spending a lot of money, but not because of All Valley Plumbing. In fact, Mo and his team did their absolute best to keep costs down on their end because there was no way the city was going to cut us a deal due to the extreme nature of the job. He was very good at keeping in touch, calling us with updates, stopping by to check on his guys doing the work. I highly, highly recommend you call Mo and his team. He's definitely going to be our plumber for the rest of time.

All-Valley is the best. Mo came over and determined that the problem that had happened a few days ago (laundry room flooded and kitchen sink backed up) seemed to clear itself. He stayed a while and tested drainage in washer and sink. He told me he could snake the pipes if I wanted ($83, as quoted on here and on the phone), or wait and see if it slows or clogs again, then either do a snake or a power jetty at that time ($285). I decided to wait since the pipes seemed clear. He gave me some tips on pipe maintenance and didn't even charge me for a service call. Personable and trustworthy, I'll definitely call them again anytime I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Excellent!! Just purchased my first home and freaked out over water noise! Mo could hear my frustration and came right over that evening. Actually reassured me everything was OK,let me know what the issue was and didn't charge me for the service call!!! My new plumber...should I need one....

Last night I put a little more into the garbage disposal than I should have, clogging the pipes and busting the disposal so bad it was spouting water stronger than my shower head.

As a relatively new owner of an old house, I've had quite a few bad plumber experiences already- first through our home warranty service and then through a recommendation on the NextDoor app. After trying, and failing, to clear the pipe myself, and especially after determining that I had no desire to attempt a garbage disposal install on my own, I sat down in front of Yelp for help.

All Valley Plumbing Service shined brightly at me with their 5-star rating, as did their hours which showed they were taking calls 24 hours a day. I called and spoke to Moe at about 10pm last night and made arrangements for an appointment the next morning.

Elias (and parter whose name I did not catch) showed up this morning. Both were SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. They snaked the pipes a good 75 feet and cleared everything up, and then installed a new disposal in a flash. Elias was kind enough to hear about some other ""wishlist"" plumbing projects that I'd like to soon have done and gave me an idea of what would be involved and offered some optional ideas, as well.

Seriously, trust the reviews on these guys - I'm glad that I did. It's a relief to find guys that take pride in their work and aren't out to rip you off. All Valley Plumbing Service just earned me as a customer for life.

I guess 24/7 doesnt include Sunday evenings. Called 6:45pm, told by lady, I would get a call back. Its 8:45pm and Im writing this review and still waiting. I had no choice but to shut the main to the whole house and will have to call someone else in the a.m.

This company was recommended by my mother in law, and this experience provides yet another reason that I trust her judgement.

My kitchen sink was stopped up the day before Thanksgiving, and they got it cleared. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I will definitely be calling them.
