I had a plumbing issue that needed fixing. This was the 3rd plumber I called as other two didn't answer. I called at 4:39 expecting to set up an appointment later in week but Jonathan came out within an hour. He was very polite & professional & took care of my problem right away at a reasonable price. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received. I have definitely found my plumber going forward & would highly recommend their services.

I call Jonathan on August 20 because the toilet sewage has backed up into shower stall. , he said he would charge $225 for clean up the pipe, 9 days later same issue happen again, I texted him to come back to fix it, he answer " Hi we did unclog you're line it was working just fine before we left. To fix the problem we need to inspect you're sewer with a camera and then determine what's causing the issue and that how we can give you a price" he tried to charge $350 more. after that I checked my credit card, he even charge $7 more from my card. I will not recommend him.

Mr. Hernandez was very capable in replacing the spigot to my bath. But this was not the only thing done. Upon further inspection to the connecting pipe he determined that the connector was old and defective and with some effort removed and replaced the old pipe it with a new up to date pipe and connector. He was prompt in responding to my problem and knowledgeable in his assessment. He was polite and professional. I would not hesitate in having Mr. Hernandez do any further repair work and plumbing in my home.
