Our kitchen sink was overflowing ven without it being on so it was an emergency. Called and they were there within two hours and did an amazing job, explained everything to my mom and made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They were excellent in everything. They charged a reasonable price, came out the same day and the plumber was quick and knew what he was doing. He was quite thorough and very polite. I do not usually write such positive reviews but these guys were really great!

Called them to clear a water main blockage. We were 6 days without plumbing. They never cleared the blockage and charged us $1000 for work and then left without finishing the job. I called Roto Rooter after that (should have done from the beginning). They had the blockage cleared in a day and charged less then $300. All Valley Plumbing is terrible. I don't think you should charge that much money for a job that is incomplete and now they won't answer my calls either. Do yourself a favor: don't call them. Lots of money for nothing.

Why do you advertise that you are open 24hrs when you can't even make a service call on a Saturday? I called at 8:30am and spoke with a gentleman who took my info and said the techs would call me back with a time of arrival. I waited until 12:00pm, called back and spoke to the same gentleman who sounded surprised that the techs had not called and assured me that the techs would give me a call for a time of arrival to my residence. They never called and never came by. I guess they don't follow up on their service calls of just don't do week-ends. They should at least follow through and call to let you know they are not showing up so I can stop wasting time and call another company. Not a good way to run a business.

Who do you call when you have an emergency.....not Valley Plumbing.
My hot water heater went out & all my water was turned off because of no shutoff on heater.
I called & left a message, never received a return call....
even sent them an email...nothing

I called bc our air conditioner went out. We are new to the area so when a lady answered, was very kind, and her promise fulfilled when I received a call back with in the time she quoted. Gentleman was nice and said he could be out that afternoon. No one showed or called. Called the next day, same lady promised someone would come between 3-6 and she would personally call to confirm. No call, no show. We left for the weekend and retuned and thought we would give one more chance. Lady said they would come this afternoon and we would receive a call prior. 3rd time-no call, no show. I guess they don't need business...
