Alan and his staff of plumbers have completed work on our home over the years. Most recently he repaired a leaking bathroom valve. He also expertly installed two new faucets we had purchased elsewhere. He has successfully repaired a previous job from another plumber that failed. He is quick to show up and works hard to fix requests. In all my projects none of his work has failed. We use All Types Plumbing exclusively for our repair needs.

This will not be an unbiased review. Alan has become a friend, and as a fellow service brother I tend to look through rose colored glasses.

When I owned a restoration business I would cross paths with Alan and his team. I witnessed their work prior to perceiving a friendship, and it was always supervised, and the highest quality. As with my business related experience in this area, I would often match my work against theirs, and there is a starkly obvious reason I'm not a plumber. There have now been two occasions I have hired All Types, and both were in somewhat of a disaster recovery scenarios, and I almost never hire folks for jobs I believe that I might do. Both times they saved my bacon, responded incredibly quickly to my needs, and left me in a perfectly functional state.

I not only recommend them for the quality of their work, but for the quality of their staff, and increasingly for their professionalism and small provider feel during this rapid growth spurt.

Called about a faucet leak rather late in the day. Josh came by same day discussed what needed to be done and arranged to be back the next morning. He was right on time, efficient and very patient with our 20 year old piping that threw a few curves at him. We were very pleased and went ahead and had him replace the 20 year old water heater we were limping along. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Types to friends. Thanks for a job well done.

This business took advantage of our 90 year old mother and did a lot of expensive and unneeded repairs, far beyond the original water heater replacement. We found out later that at least one local parts provider has refused to do business with this company because of their abusive business practices. You better get multiple detailed estimates and be very careful about unsupervised access of All Types personnel to your home and repairs they inform you about. Personally, I would never contact this company.

Alan and All types are great to work with. They take care of their customers and go above and beyond. Instead of getting in and coming up with lots of stuff to charge you for Alan even gave a few tips and tricks to avoid needed a plumber in the future.

Jaden was so awesome. I made the call and he was to my house within an hour or so ON CHRISTMAS EVE! Explained what was going on and did a quick fix and was willing to look at all the other issues I had but I told him he needed to spend time with his family. He was super prepared and super friendly. I called him because of clogged pipes (roots) and he was able to diagnose the problem in no time. He had all the appropriate tools to not only clear the pipes but also investigate further and show me exactly where the problem was by running a camera through the main. Very responsive, quickly responded to my request for service. I like the fact that he took the time to show me what the problem was and where it was. Gave useful suggestions and was very professional. The van was clean, tools organized, which meant he had access to all tools needed. I will certainly use you guys again in the future
