Rude and extremely incompetent employees. They don't get the job properly done, they don't care or fix things they break, they park anywhere, regardless of what they're blocking and if you try to complain they all pretend to not speak English. Please, safe yourself the headache and hire someone else.

This company will not fix the issue and will figure out a way charge as much as possible with as many visits as they can before a problem is solved. we had a blockage in-between our building and the sewer main. They proceeded to tear up the concrete floor in one of the office to just charge for labor, they then only cleared out a hole in the blockage that was just big enough to let water flow for maybe a day or two then they would come out again to clear just enough. this lasted 8 months. Now our toilet wasn't flushing due to the flapper being up, someone in our office adjusted it and it was working fine but the request was already put in. they claim the whole toilet needs to be replaced for absolutely no reason just to charge more. they are a scam and have no credibility. They do not try to solve an issue in a timely manner, they only fix something once they have received as much money as possible. This company is horrible and will bleed you dry before they provide the service you ask for.

Can't give me a quote on a simple job without trying to charge me the initial estimation rate first. All other places were able to quote me full price for service. My landlord uses them, but I won't. ridiculous.

I'll try to put this in simple capsule form but this is the finest Plumbing/AC Repair, etc...company that I've dealt with in Las Vegas, bar none. I normally make my appointments with the Managing Dispatcher, TONY, who is class personified and extremely efficient. TONY, like his current colleagues, are very eager to please and I've never heard them use the word ""NO."" And in todays business climate, it's such a nice, positive practice to achieve customer retention as the ALL TRADES Management Team most certainly understand.

Previously, I called one company to receive a price quote to have my HVAC air duct checked. They told me everything had to be replaced for $10,000 ! I believed them as our home is 30+ years old but the price was shocking. I then reached out for ALL TRADES and they sent out TROY. I could tell he had integrity and would just tell me how it is with no embellishment! He went up to the attic and said it did not need to be replaced in its entirety...just a certain area needs to be repaired.! He quoted $2,100. JUMPIN' JEHOSHAPHAT! . So right then I realized TROY just saved me $8,000 with his estimate. And being on Social Security these days, obviously any amount helps. When we agreed on the work, TROY and GIANCARLO arrived and finished the job within a few hours. Lastly, another nice man came out to vacuum the areas. The attic space and bedroom closet were extremely clean afterward...and please forgive me for not remembering his name. As TROY was leaving, he mentioned the duct runners should be cleaned every couple years. I did not know this but because he's such a good man, he recommended a company that he used to work for. I have since scheduled that appointment thanks to him. Overall, the entire experience has been very simple with this transaction and I would recommend ALL TRADES to anyone who will listen. Thank you for your consummate professionalism and HIGH INTEGRITY!

I personally would never use this company again.

I called them to look at a leak in my pool/spa.
I have a salt pool and I was constantly losing salt.

They came out around 3/2020. They pressure tested my pool plumbing and said everything was fine with plumbing.
They finally concluded that my spa light was leaking.
This process took about 6 weeks since it's not easy to detect leaks.

I paid them around $625 for the original leak detection and then an additional $300 to repair the light. The light repair was way too expensive since it took about 30 minutes.

At this point, I left for about 5-6 weeks. When I got back I determined
that I was still losing salt at the same level. I called them back and they didn't
want to discuss anything short of starting the process over and charging me for another leak detection.

At this point, I had already paid them almost $1000 and still had the same leak.

I called another leak detection company who were amazing (leakpointpros.com)
Came out and immediately detected pressure loss on spa return.
Inspected the spa light and found it wasn't properly sealed.

Its been a month and my salt level is rock solid.

All Leak Detection, a division of All Trades, came to my home to do a leak test in my pool. After suspecting a leak for years, and getting no where with the original contractor who insisted there was no leak, I hired All Leak Detection to test it independently. Not only did Mike find a leak, he found six! I was astounded to see so many leaks for myself after years of denial from the contractor. Now I'm able to get the proper repairs done, and stop wasting water and chemicals. All Leak Detection was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone needing to check for a pool leak.

These guys were awesome. I had a leaking toilet valve that was leaking water all over my bathroom on a Sunday. These guys got to my house within two hours and had it fixed in minutes, all at an extremely reasonable rate. They were even able to give me an estimate through email based on my description of the problem, which was spot-on. They were super fast and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

We've been customers of Rob's for several years.. top notch service...Although very busy, they make the time and Effort to see that we are taken care of..were just a small mom & pops restaurant..But we're treated like the top dog...other plumbing business could learn from the best...Thank you All Trades

I called for leak detection, Nelson came out & diagnosed the problem is my irrigation system. He's a super nice Field Supervisor!!! I will call this company again for all my plumbing HVAC problems
