Fredy is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He's professional, has good work ethics, and very reliable. I recently hired him to renovate a rental property I have that's located 4 hours away. He completed the project on time despite of the holidays, he stuck to the budget, and offered me some valuable insight to save me money. The finished project looks great and his price was reasonable. I truly feel so lucky to have found Fredy. You won't regret hiring Fredy for your renovation project.

Fast and furious!

I met with Fredy to renovate our vacant unit about a week before project start time. We walked through the property and Fredy provided strong opinions for what this unit needs and does not need. That is something we enjoyed the most. Not someone who tells you to add in the most expensive parts because that was not what we were looking for . We never felt pressured to do any type of job listed on his bid.

He understands his clients whether you are homeowner or investor. Him and his team were pleasure to work witih and they move FAST and FURIOUS !! Fredy provided timely responses on bids and answered all our questions whenever I called him. Will continue working with Fredy and his team.

Our community building had extensive water and mold damage to classrooms, kitchen, walls, flooring, doorways and hall. The area required remodeling. Due to excellent workmanship by All Trades Construction, the area now looks new. Because other areas were not damaged, the color choices for the paint and flooring had to be carefully chosen so the building wouldn't look divided. The area now looks successfully harmonized with the rest of the building. The team was prompt to the job everyday, open to questions, focused, and speedy without sacrificing quality. They were courteous, neat, took away all personal litter, and secured the building when not there. The invoice charge was very fair, and we're now looking forward to using this clean, new area. I highly recommend All Trades Construction.

All Trades updated our kitchen lighting as well installed an ice box for our refrigerator. The owner came out and gave an estimate, we scheduled the remodel with them and they committed to the date they promised. They were very professional and very good. This was done about 3 months ago and I honestly thought I already reviewed. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Fredy Miranda and crew from All Trades construction. He really worked with me to provide a cost effective replacement for my homes perimeter fence. They do quality work that was completed on time. He's friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure it was done right and to my specifications.

Excellent remodel done by All Trades Construction. Had new luxury vinyl plank flooring, base boards, kitchen granite countertop, kitchen sink, faucets and backsplash installed. Along, with repairs to walls and cabinets. Very easy to work with, produced excellent work and in a timely manner. Able to communicate easily with Mr. Miranda and he was willing to add any new projects I requested. His team did an excellent job and were dependable. Highly recommend All Trades Construction!

All Trades Construction remodeled our attic into a bedroom/office. They redid the trusses, installed electrical wiring, carpet, a new window, hvac, painting, etc. They did a great job and on budget. They worked with the city of Fresno for inspections. I would recommend this construction company.
