Once again, I am very happy with All Trade Services. This time I hired them to replace my heat pump and air handler. Once contracted, they committed to a schedule and stuck to it. They sent reminders to ensure that I knew they would be ready on the scheduled date.

The team showed up as promised. The work went according to plan and I have a new and improved HVAC system.

The cost was reasonable for the quality of the work. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Plumbing was our need. We called on Monday...they couldn't come til Thursday due high demand. Milo did a thorough, complete job! He took care of the problem! Yay! He left the indoor area very clean!! You couldn't even tell there had been a problem. He also gave us a couple tips on how to avoid a similar occurrence in the future. It cost more than we had expected, but I believe it was appropriate. We are very pleased with the results.

We had a propane line that need replacing. The best estimate for job completion was 5 weeks out. We had no hot water or cooking surface until the job was done. Milo worked all day long in the freezing cold to get the job done 3 weeks early. Thank you All Trade Services and thank you Milo!!

Expensive and cheap work. The work wasn't pretty but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ended up with the problem I had before about a month later. Ended up having a local plumber fix the problem and I haven't had the issue since.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon, and Milo came to the rescue. It ended up being more than just a typical clog (tree roots in the main line) but he had all the tools needed and did a fantastic job. Not to mention he was so friendly and nice. I'm so grateful for All Trade, Milo, and their continued quality service.

Had trouble with plumbing. We thought we were going to have to have thousands of dollars for repair. A technician came over and fixed everything. He was courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. Cost under $500 for everything.
Another time I called. I missed the appt time, was not home. I called them and profusely apologized and they were able to come back within about a half hour.

ATS has begun padding their labor bills - a lot! When questioned, their usually communicative staff, consistently fails to respond. I no longer recommend using them.

The shower valves in both of our bathrooms were leaking badly and needed to be replaced. All Trade Services sent Mike the plumber out the next day and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave me an estimate on the spot. He then made a trip to the local hardware stores, bought the need parts, and installed them to fix the problem. I'm going to call All Trades back and make an appointment to have Mike do another job for us next week! We are happy customers!

We had Mike come out on our first plumbing problem last July. He had found the problem in no time. Had the problem fixed in no time. He was out today for another plumbing problem. Again he was thorough and fast to get the job done. If you don't use All trades' services you should. When you do ask for Mike to be the one to do the job. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing for being as young as he is. Also very polite and respectful. He is certainly an asset to the company. Thank you.
