Our company searched from Sacramento to Eugene to find someone to come repair the lights on our billboard and lo and behold Jake and his team at All Trade Services stepped up to the job and got it done! Can't say enough about this great team :-) kind professional on time and even though they anticipated the job to take two days they stayed late and got it done in one! We had a broken toilet valve at our retail store that suddenly started leaking and flooding the bathroom floor, and within an hour of my phone call to Jamie at the All Trade office, Mike from All Trade showed up at our shop (despite originally being told by Jamie she probably wouldn't be able to schedule someone to come for at least another 24 hours, so it was an awesome surprise - thanks Jamie!). Within a half hour Mike not only replaced the broken valve, but then he also went outside and turned the main back on (which saved us a call to the City), and then also found and fixed the cause for another problem affecting the toilet. The entire time, Mike was super professional, friendly and explained all the issues clearly and concisely. Wow, as good as it gets. You guys rock!!

I have used All Trade for a couple of projects around my house. They do good work as long as you have the $$$. Unfortunately I think they are taking on more than they can handle these days. I've been waiting 27 days for a quote to attaching a generator to the well, which is very timely and important due to fire season.

These guys have saved my butt so many times. They are worth every penny. They should literally wear capes as their uniform because they will save your behind when you are stuck. Just today they came in right away because my electrical panel was sparking and about to catch fire. They rewired everything, it's all way better than before, and my building didn't burn down! Bonus!

All Trades is the best in the area for HVAC. I manage several vacation homes in the Mt. Shasta area and we use them for every one of them. They are very dependable and fairly priced. Them being local is just one of the other reasons to use them. The ladies in the office are very sweet and their crew is always professional.

The All-Trade folks did a fantastic job on a short notice plumbing fix. Quick answer on a Saturday morning and the job was completed by that afternoon.

So nice to have a professional family-run operation that doesn't mind working weekends. Morgan was friendly, got the job done quickly and efficiently, gave great cost and time estimates, and didn't even balk at our loud but friendly dog.

I called All Trades once again to replace a faulty fan/blower in my gas fire place. The service, repair and customer service was awesome once again. We had an annual inspection done on our HVAC system. Jake showed up on time answered all of our questions and then went to work. He made one minor repair that probably saved us from a big problem in the near future. We had some additional questions about alternative heating systems we were considering. He took the extra time to answer all of our questions. To top everything off our neighbors had a heater problem they needed looked at and he was kind enough to walk over to their house and assess their problem as well. Jake was very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely be using their services again. He also told us this is a family ran business with the other service people being his brothers. They really seem to understand customer service...something that seems to be lacking in many businesses in Siskiyou County.

Morgan (and another team member) came out and replaced a thirty-some year old water heater that was failing; on short notice. As well as upgrade the wiring and plumbing for the unit. They really know their stuff and answered all questions. Very personable as well, bright and friendly.

We're looking at having his brother Jake come over for an estimate on a mini-split heat pump system. More than 5 stars may be appropriate (!)
