Awesome and quick service! Jerry the master plumber is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. His team and truck comes prepared with all the tools needed. I had a pipe break in my wall and the work and time to fix it was very quick, neat, and professional. I would definitely use All Town Plumbing in the future. I called around a few places before I found All Town Plumbing for my emergency issue and other companies wanted to charge me an arm and leg. All Town Plumbing is reasonable and fair with their prices. To save yourself any plumbing issue hassles, I would call this company ASAP! I was so relieved Jerry fixed the problem I had to give him a big hug when I was telling him good bye. I recommend 100% because the job gets done correctly and eliminates extra stress from your life!!

I found Jerry (Owner) & All Town Plumbing on YELP 6 months ago because of the rave reviews. Back then I used him to repair a faucet & he was great. I wrote a fantastic review here right away because I was so happy with him. Unfortunately, my recent & 2nd experience using him, I no longer feel this way. We called him again several months later to replace a toilet handle which Jerry came the next day & ordered the part. However, he had the part for several days & has not been back. We called for 3 days in a row & each time Jerry has promised to come that afternoon/evening but would call first. He has told us he or his crew has been in PBG that week, yet they have not come by as promised multiple times now. On my last phone call, Jerry apologized yet again but started to tell me they don't usually service the PBG/Jupiter/North County area so that is why it is taking so long. This is not what we were told before & know because he had his guys working in PBG that week according to him right near our home. After several days of waiting for a phone call &/or for them to stop by again because they couldn't give me a timeframe & multiple phones calls to follow up with them on our end, I will no longer recommend them because of several days of lack of communication on their end. What should have taken 10 minutes, been a simple toilet handle replacement is still not fixed. I made sure to stay home on those 3 days after we had talked to him each day just so I wouldn't miss them as the previous time Jerry said he would call first, he showed up with no call & luckily someone was home. Follow up: Jerry finally called us back after the reading the review. He apologized again & offered to repair the handle. We politely declined his offer & decided to look for another plumber.

If I could, I would give Jerry 10 stars! Let me start by saying I have never been moved to write a yelp review before my experience with All Town Plumbing. Beginning with Celine who took my call and was incredibly responsive and compassionate about my concerns for my 90 year old mother who, due to an incompetent home warranty device company, was without a functioning kitchen faucet for 3 weeks and counting. Jerry was at her house the same day that I called. He properly diagnosed the problem, actually went out and purchased her a new faucet (with attention to her kitchen design!) and by the next day had it installed, making certain everything was working and there were no other issues. If that wasn't reason enough to give Jerry 10 stars, he also understood that because I live on the opposite coast I was very concerned, so he texted me a photo of my mom's new faucet and a photo of him with my smiling mom! My mom felt so great about the experience, she feels like she not only has a plumber she can rely on but she made a new friend. It is a relief and comfort for me to know I can rely on Jerry. A wonderful person doing an impeccable job.

AMAZING....that's all I can say. Jerry was a life saver when it came to a water tank """"explosion!"""" Not only did he have to deal with a home owner and tenant, but a dreaded home warranty company who was not wanting to cooperate. Jerry not only showed up on a Saturday night, he was professional, courteous and made sure I understood everything that he was doing and gave me tips for the future. If you need a plumber.....stop reading reviews and just call jerry and his team! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Had a Water Heater emergency last night. Call All Town and spoke directly to the owner. He told me they would have someone there first thing in the morning!! True to his word, Shawn and Chuck called me and was at my door at 9 am sharp.. New unit in Van and ready to work. The guys were courteous, professional and informative about how to maintain as well as providing all warranted info... they did a very clean job and got in and out on a timely basis... All town plumbing is worth every Star, they are the real deal... very Happy with the work.. if you ever have a plumbing issue... rest assured you have found the right plumbing company... kudos all around!!!
