Our dishwasher was leaking causing our wood floors to warp. We braced ourselves for costly plumbing repair. When we contacted All Town Plumbing and explained our problem, he advised us to check where the leak was coming from once we took off the front panel. Based on what we saw, he advised we need a new dishwasher. He saved us the cost of a consultation! He could have come by in person and charged us but instead he gave his expert opinion over the phone for free! Total pros and trustworthy! They earned our repeat business when another plumbing issue arises.

BEWARE. All Town quoted and replaced the leaky wax ring of my gf's toilet. OK. But, the guy then used scare tactics (""""this could flood your whole house if it's not replaced"""") to upsell replacement of the toilet's perfectly fine shutoff valve and short supply line. (""""The valve is bad""""--it wasn't--""""and the supply line is 'oxidized.'"""") They told her it would be over $200(!) more to just replace a supply valve and line. These 2 parts cost a total of maybe $15 at Home Depot, and just need to be screwed on with a bit of teflon tape. Fortunately, my gf called me and I advised her not to replace them because that was a ridiculous price. I said I'd be happy to replace them if needed, but they were in perfectly good shape. tl;dr -- these guys will use scare tactics to rip off unsuspecting customers. $200+ for a supply line and valve is a blatant and shameful ripoff. AVOID.

Awesome and quick service! Jerry the master plumber is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. His team and truck comes prepared with all the tools needed. I had a pipe break in my wall and the work and time to fix it was very quick, neat, and professional. I would definitely use All Town Plumbing in the future. I called around a few places before I found All Town Plumbing for my emergency issue and other companies wanted to charge me an arm and leg. All Town Plumbing is reasonable and fair with their prices. To save yourself any plumbing issue hassles, I would call this company ASAP! I was so relieved Jerry fixed the problem I had to give him a big hug when I was telling him good bye. I recommend 100% because the job gets done correctly and eliminates extra stress from your life!!

Excellent job, well done. We had issues with no cold water in the shower and he had me send him a photo of the unit, and was able to come over the next day and fix the shower so that water is no longer hot only, and did it for the price that he told me over the phone. Was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing! Our water heater sprung a leak on Friday night - we called them first thing Saturday morning (on a holiday weekend no less) and they came right out to replace it. I called the 2 plumbers I've used in the past before hand and neither of them returned my calls. Jerry and his crew are just great! Highly recommend.

Fast, friendly service. Discovered our main shut-off valve for water to the house did not completely shut off the water. Called them after reading great reviews, and they performed as or better than expected. Jerry Inwald and Shaun arrived within an hour and a half, and had the job done in under an hour. The job included replacing whole house shut off valve and two toilet shut off valves. VERY SATISFIED- will use again when needed.
