Very nice employees. Called them at 4 pm because our main spicket broke and we had to turn the water off at the main, no water for the house. They came by 7:30 that night and fixed it quickly. Would definitely use them again!

Very impressive in today's day and age. I was having an issue with a sewerage smell in my apartment and made an appointment for All Town plumbing to come out. When Jerry received all the facts of the scenario, he told me what the problem was on the phone and said it would be pointless to keep the appointment as the problem had nothing to do with my apartment but the apartment below me. That's called integrity and that speaks volumes about him and the company. Jerry was correct, the apartment downstairs was the issue.

I was changing the water filter for my house water supply and could not screw in the cartridge to the water supply since the cartridge had not been removed in a number of years. We had a leak which we could not stop. My family was visiting and we had no water flowing into the house. I called this plumber and the representative said someone would call and arrange to come to my house within an hour. Jerry and his assistant pulled up less than an hour later and within a few minutes evaluated the problem and was able to attach the cartridge to the water supply. Jerry then spent time showing me how to remove and change the filter 6 months later. The fee was very reasonable, I have recommended Jerry to all my friends here in Wellington.

Jerry was super polite & accommodating to mine and my husbands crazy work schedule. My shower's hot water gave out & my shower head was literally sprinkling out luke-warm water. Jerry asked that I send him pictures of the issue which I did & he came over about 2 hours after we'd spoken. He worked on the shower but needed an additional part to fix my shower (I've got an older style bathroom). It was late (past 9:30 pm) so he said he'd be back he following day. What I really liked is that Jerry showed my husband the ruined parts & explained to him exactly what he was doing & why he was doing it. True to his word, I sent him a text & he came over again the following day. He did his thing & about 2 hours later our shower was fixed. He even replaced the ugly old plates on the shower to a new one. I was also having an issue with my toilet which I didn't mean for him to fix the same night but he insisted it was no problem at all & went into his truck & fixed our toilet for us as well. I totally recommend Jerry for all your plumbing needs!!

I had a complicated problem that was causing me incredible physical pain and they sent some arrogant idiot to try and sell me a bogus chlorine filter. He even persisted after I pointed out the chlorine filter I was already using.
