Our original American Standard shower mixing valve from when the house was first built in 1967 failed catastrophically on New Year's Day (2025) and wouldn't shut off.

We had no choice but to shut off the water for the whole house as there was no way to turn off the water just to the shower without cutting through a wall.

We were able to get an appointment the next day and Mason showed up right on time.

He was able to diagnose the issue, find and pick up the required parts locally, including a new chrome wall trim kit and handle, cut off the old handle (was frozen as a result of 58 years of hard water) with a saw, rebuild, reinstall, and seal the whole thing in less than 3 hours.

There's absolutely no way I could have done that myself.

I was convinced that it would require cutting through the wall and was expecting to have to pay a lot of money to do a full valve and piping replacement.

Mason was able to do all the work in place without having to cut tile or plaster.

I am extremely happy with the result and the cost I think was quite reasonable considering the time and effort it took to fix it.

We were able to get a same day appt. Unfortunately, they got tied up with an earlier job but were able to get us in the next day. Ruben and his son arrived on time, and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Call someone else. My wife called this untrustworthy company while i was out of town. He tried to take advantage of my wife's and ignorance of his industry.. I work in a similar industry and could hear his BS over the phone 1600 miles away. I told him to pound sand.
Would not recommend using this company. Said we needed to replace the entire water heater (that was under warranty) for almost $3000 in labor. Said the repair would be $800-$1000 and would fail again in 6-12 months. I fixed it myself, and the part was free due to the warranty. Online, the part was $30. Had they been honest and fixed it so that my family was taken care of, they would have more business from us and a positive word of mouth saying how good they are.. exact opposite, letting my neighbors know to STAY AWAY. If you can't tell, I'm extremely irritated while writing this review. Good luck. Ruben, the bald one, is a Shister and was rude to my wife. I've done my research to make sure this is the right company and this review is justified . It is 100% for this company.

I requested All Time Plumbing to install two new toilets. Ruben and his co-worker exceeded my expectations in returning my calls, fitting me into their schedules, installation, Honesty in estimates, advising me how long his warranties were and Wow! were the cleanups immaculate!!!
I will always use them for my plumbing needs since I felt very comfortable with them and they did exactly what I asked for, explaining everything clearly. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

We had an issue with low water pressure. Our water regulator was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the pressure issue in the kitchen. We decided to replace the faucet and still had an issue. Well, Ruben investigated some more and found a couple tiny gaskets lodged in the water lines. How they got there? Who knows? Ruben truly saved the day. He is very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We recommend him 100%

I had a failed water pressure regulator that was causing problems throughout my house. I called several plumbers on Saturday AM looking for an emergency repair.
