We had a plumbing emergency on New Year's Day. Orlando showed up and unclogged my Kitchen sink and only charged $29.99. I was so shocked with the great service and the fee for this emergency! I would definitely recommend this company.

You can trust these guys to give you a fair estimate and also to not add services that you don't need to your original request. I had a clogged bathroom sink drain. They came out promptly with a low estimate and cleared the drain. After clearing the drain, they suggested that they come back the next day to take pictures through the pipes on the roof. This was a service that was included in the original special price estimate that I was given before they came out. Orlando was great and I appreciate so much the time he spent with me explaining what he saw and his analysis of it.

Jose ended up coming out today to fix my kitchen garbage disposal. Luckily it was just unlocking the blades & I was grateful I didn't need a replacement!

We had a leak behind our refrigerator last night so called these guys right away.

The good: the plumber came out and a timely manner, was super friendly and did a great job on the repair.

The bad: $650 to replace a hose bib. He was only here for about an hour. DEFINITELY get some quotes. We were desperate as it was past 6pm and we had to turn the water off to our house. He had to leave and come back the next day as he brought the wrong part.

After this fix, we had some issues with low pressure so we gave them a call. It was clear that the plumber wasn't happy that he had to come out. He told us it was a coincidence and out of his hands and walked out without so much as a goodbye or a have a nice day.

The low pressure happened right after the fix, so whether it was a coincidence or not, it would have been nice for them to at least assist with potential solutions. Now were out $650 and need to call another company.

I had an appt with All Time Plumbing on Saturday but Jose (owner) called a couple of hours before the appt to tell me that his truck had a problem and we would have to reschedule. My plumbing issue was not urgent (installation of a new toilet) so I said no problem and figured they would come sometime the following week. Well, being true to the name. ""All Time Plumbing"" Jose said that they could be at my house in Flagstaff the next day, which was a Sunday! Amazing! This is a father and son company and I found them to be incredibly efficient (job complete in less than an hour!) and really good at what they do not to mention they're super nice guys. I would highly recommend All-Time Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs whether in Phoenix or all parts north! Thanks Jose and Cris!

Jason finds the problem, analyzes it and gives you an estimate. But before he does he explains the issues and answers all your questions. Makes you feel very comfortable through the entire process. Well trained crews, polite, professional and respects the customer and the customers home. Don't hesitate to call.
