Kicking myself for not calling these guys first. I would have saved myself a $95 service fee. This company does NOT CHARGE to come out and do a service estimate. Above that, they were incredibly responsive and gave us a much much better price than Atomic. (40% less!) Although Atomic was very friendly and professional, I'd stick with All Time for great service and great prices.

All Time Plumbing has addressed two issues in our home. Installing a water line for our ice maker and repairing a leak in our water main. They were timely, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, charged a reasonable price and had great customer service. I appreciate all of their help and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. They've earned my continued business and referrals!

After coming out at the end of last week and assessing the issue they offered to come back over the weekend to get it fixed (which I couldn't let them do as I myself am a beach bum on the weekends)!!

Today they showed up early, (big plus in my book ), knocked out what needed to be done in 100 degree weather, cleaned up, shook my hand, and we all went on with our day. Bravo, gentlemen, bravo!

I wish all service companies operated like All-Time does.

Honest, fair, and skilled which is a rare combo, what more can you ask for from a plumber. I recommend them without reservation. You really don't need to call anybody else, when you can trust that the estimate will be the lowest and the work top notch, why keep calling for overpriced or under skilled competitors?

Needed a plumber to fix two outdoor faucets that had rusted and leaking back flow preventers, saw that All Time Plumbing and Drain Cleaning was rated highly - I suspected maybe too highly seeing that it was all 5-stars. I called them up, friendly receptionist told me they were pretty booked up, wasn't a problem for me since my issue was routine, so we set an appointment for the following week. They were on time, which is huge and rare. Friendly and knowledgeable guys, they got right to work, fixing everything in under an hour, cost was lower than expected as well which was icing on the cake. I'm impressed, they deserve the 5 star rating and if I ever need a plumber again I found one.

I wish I could give Ray 10 stars. We had a pipe burst before it ever even got very cold. One plumbing company came out and gave us an estimate of $6000 which involved digging up our entire front yard. There was no way we could cover that, so that plumber set up a weird plumbing system so that we would have water in our house. We lived like that for a few months, but as it got colder, the situation became unlivable. I first called around and found that most of the companies would not come out for a free estimate. Finally I found Ray and All Time Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Ray came out and looked at everything. He assured us that he would be able to fix it and for FAR LESS than the $6000 we were previously told. Here's where he got even more amazing. It took multiple trips to fix this problem, due to having to work with the city to turn the water off and on. But he did not charge us for each of those visits. His last visit, he and his assistant worked, in pouring rain, and even when it was dark out. They fixed the problem and their cost was 1/3 of what the other company quoted. And our yard did not need to be dug up.
We have a new issue, with our toilet on the second floor leaking and causing a drip in our ceiling on the first floor. There was no need to call around. We immediately called Ray. We know he will fix the problem, that he will be professional, and that it won't cost us our entire life savings. I cannot recommend Ray highly enough.

I needed a plumber badly during the winter storm for a burst pipe. Ray offered to be at my house at 7:00 AM and was there right on time, he did a great job, and was honest with the prognosis, price, and made sure I had the best solution for ME!

Fast, nice, and very good work. I would recommend this company to everyone. And the work completed was for less then what was originally quoted. Ray and his team replaced an old overflow pipe assembly and were in and out in no time. They have definitely won my loyalty into there company.

All time plumbing was professional and polite. They seemed genuine in not trying take advantage of my plumbing dilemma.

They replaced the hose bib that was leaking. They tried to unscrew it from the outside to repair it, but the pieces were too rusted to get loose. If he had gotten it i believe he quoted me $75. He ended up going in the crawl space and cutting the pipe under the house and replace my hose bib in that fashion. The cost was approximately $125.

We had an issue with our garbage disposal seal. These guys were friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing. I also thought the price was fair.
