Worse than not good ! After MIKE was here we are still left with the original problem. NO HEAT NO HOT WATER 5 DAYS. He won't come back unless he gets paid, but he has been paid a couple of Thousand $$$$$ !!! After he destroyed our ceiling to fix a rubber hose -- he left. The next morning we had a flood in our Basement. MIKE refused to come unless he got paid again even though we bought the parts ourselves. NEVER EVER CALL THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED

This is probably my least favorite contractor. They give shady and crooked new meaning. I'm putting that nicely. This is why honorable decent contractors get bad raps. Or can't be trusted. While the technician that came was professional and kind, replaced a part (markup incredible) and put in freon... this is unfortunately just one of those companies to STAY FAR AWAY FROM. They advertise $75 diagnostic service fee plus any parts or freon etc. Then, the bill comes and its additional $150 LABOR for the 20 min service call to add freon. I can have him for additional 2 hours, since that fee is up to 2 hours. All with straight face. I paid and called company to advise of the misleading communication. I was very clear that they are entitled to charge whatever they like, since they are in business for themselves, however they need to advise the consumer. They are basically charging $225 ($150 plus $75) for appt and any work. The rep got immediately irate claiming every customer is charged $150, not just me (huh?! Is that supposed to make me feel better ?) and that he is the only one that answers the phone and he wouldn't say that. He said we have customers that we go and give estimate for new unit and that customer only pays $75. So, I say, ok, you charge $75 for estimates. This was clearly a service call and you charge standard $150 labor. BS.

Ok, it is what it is, got the new furnace and AC system installed that he (Mike) suggested. Seemed

Few days later went to use the AC,
Was blowing warm air, called
Him to come back.... Oops he FORGOT to plug something in which he left sitting on the condenser outside. Ok so all good, until after using AC for few days we started hearing loud BANGS in the vents when the air would shut off!! Called Mike, told him the situation and he said "" I'm too BUSY to come, I will come in a few months when work slows down""!!! what??? Seriously?? Called him, texted him more than a few times....
All went
UNANSWERED! STAY FAR AWAY from this unprofessional, shoddy workmanship of a business!! I WILL be contacting the Attorney General to follow up with this POS!

Boiler quit working in the middle of the night no heat. I called mike in the morning and he came out and got it going for me. He diagnosed the boiler and within a hour had it back on and running
