I reached out to Paul and company after having gone through a very difficult and unfortunate experience with my newly purchased property. Shortly after moving in, we experienced a nor'easter that brought extensive rainfall that eventually flooded over an acre of land with more than 2 feet of water. After figuring out that the root cause was an unmaintained storm drain (30 years with no cleaning), we called a local company (Atomic Rooter). They brought a Jetter Truck to deal with the issue and after a few hours of work and a ton of money spent, the water began to trickle away. We were given assurance that our problem was solved. Two weeks later, after yet another nor'easter, we were under 2 feet of water all over again. Needless to say, Atomic Rooter and 3 other companies would not or could not handle the job. Once we realized we had been swindled and no one was going to come and properly fix the issue, we started to reach out to companies with a solid reputation for doing the job right. That led us to Paul and team.

After a full days work (ending at 12:45 am), Paul and his team worked over 700 feet of pipe, removing rocks, roots, dirt, and a huge amount of debris. Not only did they do the job, they did it in the most professional reassuring way. They are a pleasure to work with and the quality of their service is second to none!

Do not use this company. I had an emergency on a weekend and Paul came out and convinced me that he was doing me a favor by not charging me is regular full price. He used his ""jet"" to ""clear"" the clog in the pipes of my home. He also replaced a peice of pipe under my sink ""free of charge."" A week later my kitchen was overflowing with water when we ran any water in the house. I called Paul back and he reported that there was ""no way"" that there was clog in my home. He stated it must have been in a sewer pipe of my condo complex. We had a different company come out, who found that Paul had not clear the clog but rather moved it. It cost me another $600 a week after All Things Sewer and Drains had come out to my house. The pipe Paul used was not meant for plumbing under a kitchen sink. And it was also leaking. I called Paul to see if he would make it right. He hung up on me. I gave him a week to see if a little time would change his mind. It didn't. So not only did he NOT fix what I paid him to fix. He made the situation worse by using the wrong materials and I had to pay a REAL professional to fix his mistakes. He took no accountability for his poor work, made no effort to fix it, and trash talked his competitors while in my home. He deserve a negative 5 star rating. Try Superior Sewer instead. I was house sitting for my Mother and all of a sudden her drains started gurgling and backing up! I called Paul and his team at All Things Sewer and Drain and they immediately found the problem and were able to fix what would have been a MAJOR issue (Clogged Sewer). It was also nice that they were so easy to find since I am not from around here! Definitely the BEST plumbers in Connecticut.

Charged $250 to snake out my toilet. It was OK when they left, however, a few hours later, toilet was draining slowly, after hardly any use. Called them the next morning to tell them the problem was not resolved. They wanted another $200 to come back!
My husband called them to complain that they had not fixed the problem and was again told it would be $200 to come back. He hung up in disgust. All things Sewer called back a while later to say they reconsidered and would come back & re-snake at no charge. They did come back and problem seemed fixed when they left, but 10 minutes later it was still clogged. I think they sort of almost fix something on purpose because they want to charge you $500 to use some other equipment. We called Jay's Rooter Service, (who we should have called in the first place). Jay came out, with better equippment and charge only $80 to fix the problem, which stayed fixed!! Next time I will call Jay's Rooter Service the first time. You should too!!
