Great job done. Charles and Thomas were excellent. Great communication, on time, great work with very competitive pricing. Highly recommend. will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

GREAT PLUMBER ALERT! We needed a plumber today (stat situation) - and the weather outside was not very helpful. But Tom Moreno with All The Time Plumbing came out despite the rain. He listened to what we had already done so that we weren't wasting time. He treated the affected line and snaked it several times, sent the camera in twice and gave me great advice on how to prevent future clogs. Then he snaked it one more time at my request even as the rain poured down. THAT my friends is excellent customer service and I am one satisfied client. His number and name are already saved on my phone.

Thomas & work partner showed up exactly on time. They were professional, quick, great communication and fair price. So happy I found them and plan to call them if any future plumbing needs arise. Great job. Thank you!

Thomas came out to do an estimate for several items. He said he would email me the estimate that night. Didn't get it. I called to ask for it again and he apologized and said he would get it to me. He made sure he had the correct email which he did. In short, he told me he would get the estimate to me 4 or 5 times altogether and never did. He claims to be reliable on his web site but this was not my experience.

Sent out by our AHS home warranty. Came quickly and said they could probably fix our broken water heater the same day and would come back later...and then never heard back. Did not answer phone calls (vm full) or respond to text. We ended up paying out of pocket for another plumber, since home warranties really do suck and contractors tend to make the initial visit just to grab the service fee, which seems to be the case in our situation.

When several of our attic pipes burst due to the historic freezing temperatures of Winter Storm Uri, All The Time Plumbing got us back up and running in less than a day. Loved that they showed up in a mask, since safety is a top concern right now. Tom was friendly, professional, and carefully explained every step of the process. The pricing was straightforward and fair, particularly during this statewide crisis. We're incredibly grateful, and will definitely use All The Time Plumbing in the future!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were assigned to fix my water heater by home warranty company. Diagnostics were not submitted for 2 days & what was finally submitted & what was communicated to me was completely different. They also invoiced warranty company for replacing a part that was never replaced & item is still broken. Dishonest & very poor customer service.

My garbage disposal was leaking everywhere. The home warranty company assigned us to All The Time Plumbing and I'm so glad they did. ATTP called promptly and set an appointment for the next day. They were very good about communicating about their arrival time and when Brent got here he was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I would gladly use them again and highly recommend.

LONG REVIEW , BUT WORTH IT IF YOU WANT IT RIGHT!
So I'd normally rather go back to Afghanistan than deal with my home warranty company and the bottom of the barrel contractors they send to not fix my problems. But, what a fantastic experience with All the Time Plumbing! I will definitely use them every time, from now on.
It all starts with the normally dreaded first contact. The man who answered the phone was polite, informative, helpful and easy to understand. He figured out what my issue was and set up a plumber for the next day to replace a part in water heater #1. The plumber showed up on time, was polite, and explained what the issue was and what he'd do to fix it...in plain English. He drove to Conroe to get the part and fixed water heater #1 the next morning (and was on time again). While in my attic, he gave water heater #2 a quick inspection and noticed it was leaking and heavily corroded on the top. Again, his explanation and show-n-tell was in plain English, and he recommended we call my warranty company to get water heater #2 replaced.
Again, the same man called me back to make the appointment and cleared some of their schedule to get my job done (turns out the helpful guy on the phone is the business owner). My plumber showed up with a new hot water heater the next morning, and had the owner with him to help get it in faster! They had the job done quickly and showed me the original corroded pipes - no doubt I was teetering on having a water heater come down through the ceiling in the near future. The owner also already had a roofer arranged to come out and reseal the venting on the roof to complete the job - price all wrapped into his original charge.
After leaving the owner called me twice to check up on the roofer who hadn't shown up yet. He contacted the roofer directly and told him to get it done. The roofer (different independent contractor) showed up and did the job he was supposed to. Naturally, he found some additional "terrible" problems with my 1st water heater venting that needed fixing. Ok, how much? $165 dollars to pound 2 nails and seal a vent cover. Nope. "Ok, I'll do it for your for $100." Now this is the kind of contractor I'm used to dealing with! Fine, do it.
The owner called me back for a third time that day to ask if the roofer had completed his work and if I was happy. I told him I was very happy from beginning to end with their work. He asked about the roofer's work and I said I didn't appreciate the fact that a job cost $165, the 2 seconds later only cost $100. He was very concerned and said that's not the way he did business. After telling me that contractor would have only charged him $50 to do the same job, he said he was going to refund me $50 of the $100 dollars I paid the guy. Seriously? That was a separate contract I entered into with that roofer and not even the owner's direct responsibility and he had enough pride in his business and doing things right that he decided to refund me the overpay.
I found my plumbers for life. They did great work and made the problems and solutions easy to understand. As importantly, I now know I can trust them which is a true rarity in this arena. Great job guys!

I had a leaky shower that I attempted to repair twice. After my second attempt I found Thomas and called him. He responded quickly and was courteous and very easy to schedule. He showed up on time was very professional and had the specific part I needed on his truck. He fix the shower in a matter of minutes and his pricing was very reasonable. I definitely will be using Thomas moving forward to help with any other plumbing issues I might have.
