You know when the owner of the business comes to your home to handle the issues with your sprinkler system that you've called the right company. Perry fixed my bad sprinler head problem, adjusted & cleaned up the other heads in the system, re-set my control panel and did it all for not much more than some companies would charge just for a diagnostic call. It didn't take him long and he would have beeen in & out a lot sooner if we hadn't started talking about fishing. :)

Let me start by saying that I try not to write too much on Yelp & mostly writing good reviews...with that preface I write this review with lots of regret...here was the situation. I called All-Tex Sprinkler b/c I had a zone that was not working b/c cut wire...First they showed up 15 min late...when I called the front office the guy answered the phone & told me that they are late b/c "it is Monday, what can I tell you.." at that time I wonder if I made a mistake calling such a company...after they showed up 15 min late, they we're unable to find a cut wire...they were supposedly had this gadget that detect continuity...after 1 hr & 1/2 & randomly digging here & there...the gentleman tells me that he recommend I install Add a zone. I was like what kind of business spends paid time without results & now wants to sell me a relay device. It is like taking your car to a mechanic to be fixed & he tells you he could not figure out the issue but not to worry he has a new motor to sell you. What a business model. Then he tells me that the part cost $200...they did not have it on their truck so the need to buy it. He told me he bought it $125 & selling it to me $200. A 60% mark up!!! When I called the office he told me that if I buy the part they will install but they will charge me another trip charges. So buyers be aware...this company is all about generating cash & not interested in service you again. I also wonder if the whole 1 1/2 hr labor & looking for the wire was a smoking mirrors...all along the plan was to sell me a heavily marked up part. I gave them 1 star b/c ZERO star was not a choice. NEVER AGAIN!!! Watch your pocket with this company.

All-Tex saved my day. I accidentally cut a wire while fixing a pipe and they came by really quick to fix the wiring. They even refilled the hole I dug up.

We called All-Tex during an emergency without ever having used them before. They did an excellent job and were very honest. I called on Monday because I needed help locating all of the buried valves at my new house. They came out the following day and were able to locate all 9 of them in less than two hours. I didn't request that they do any repairs as I will be doing them myself, but I'm very happy with the service they provided.

They're now my go-to sprinkler company.
