These people are great. Very professional. We have a small business and had a leaking faucet and they came right out and took care of it as well as new aerators in all faucets. It was a small thing compared to a lot of their jobs but they did a great job and I would recommend based on their professionalism and communication!

I've called several times and tried to set up an appointment to receive an estimate on plumbing work in my house but apparently this company has plenty of business and doesn't need me as a customer. The lady that answers the phone is very nice and seems to be interested in helping and says a plumber will call me back but that never happens.

The job was estimated at 3 hours, if no problems, to replace and install a new composite granite sink. The installation was completed in 2 hours with minimal issues. However, the two installers took a 50 minute side trip to Lowe's (which is about 5 miles from my home) for an adapter, which I would think would have been on the truck and would be a standard supply. Also, the installer appeared to be unsure how to install the soap dispenser that matched the new faucet.
Upon leaving, the installers took all of my paperwork and warranty information for the new sink and new faucet. He also took the box with the new faucet coverplate that was not installed. When I discovered this, I called the office about 5 minutes after they had left to have them bring it back. I was informed that they were already at another job and it would be mailed to me. All that I received was the new sink paperwork and my OLD faucet paperwork.
I wish that the rating system had half stars, because they were a little bit better than a 2 rating but not quite a 3. I'd give them a 2.5.
